   Brilliant team to work with! Have worked with them on a number of projects now and it's seamless! Give them the specs and they'll basically manage your project for you, taking all the hassle out of it so we can concentrate on other things. Really appreciate the time they take to get it right first time. Initial site visit, plan, design, meetings with my clients, meetings with my builders AND a site visit before the kitchen gets delivered to make sure everything that comes to the job, can be used and there aren't any issues. Any damages (come on, it CAN happen) the team sort it out within 24 hours. They really understand that time is money. Anyone that gives them a hard time is being a bit harsh. They always, always do their best to make things right. We've got a lot of time for Benchmarx Croydon and we won't use anyone else.

   Thank you Tom and the Team at Benchmarx Croydon. We came in with an idea for a kitchen, very plain white, and left with an amazing blue kitchen. Tom showed us loads of different options, on their clever design station and this opened up a whole new world of kitchen design for us! The design stage was very useful, with all the things we wanted added to the spec. Delivery was quick and straightforward and they guys from Benchmarx came in site to make sure all was going well. As we are nearing the end of our build, complete with blue kitchen, we are really please to have found Benchmarks. Thanks again.

   Wish I could give it no stars. The sales person Kestutis started out all friendly but quickly changed, his tune when we didn't agree with his ideas. I tried to look past the person, as my fitter said they were better quality then Howdens. He pushed hard and I folded and choose a kitchen. Was promised FULLY Built, what arrived was semi built, chipped cupboards, with flat pack for the bigger/ more complex cupboards. The lies we were told continued to grow with deliveries not being made because the driver got lost. Found it ok the day before. Complained about broken and chipped goods. Only the broken parts were changed. Told you wont see it. I tried to complain to my sales guy who arrived with the replacement part, to be told i dont want to hear it, your complaint is with the company not me. Over a week later i still waiting for parts of my kitchen. I told the sales is now off til new year. No ones cares i dont have a kitchen for Christmas. If my fitter hadn't fitted / cut some of the cupboards i would havr sent it back. I now stuck with a huge bill from the fitter who is charging me more because of working in his holiday, and an expensive kitchen that looks any thing but. If i had the time/ money back i would use DIY Kitchen, when they say fully assembled they mean it. If you realy want a benchmarx kitchen (why would you) Go to wickes they are the same kitchens (both owned by Travis Perkins) only difference is the price.

   I found Daniel very pleasant & approachable. He visited the property to measure the kitchen & was very quick to send me the initial plan & quote for the units that evening. When we visited the showroom he offered tea/coffee. He couldn't have been more helpful. The kitchen arrived today as promised.

   Never Again... 2 weeks late delivery. Several calls but no communication. Finally Delivered to a wrong address And asked me to pick up. Underlay missing. Asked me to pick from the shop. No Apology or compensation. Recipe to ruin buiseness

   The kitchens are great, but don't use their kitchen designer. Our design has huge errors that only came to light when our builders came to install the kitchen. Nobody at Benchmarx returned my calls for several days but luckily our builders came up with a solution and managed to adapt the design. Get someone at Wickes to design your kitchen and then order it from Benchmarx, the kitchens are good value.
