   I was so excited to go to hobby craft thinking it would be a hobbyist dream, I got there and it was a rather sad looking store completely uninspiring and not alot of products on sell. The staff were lovely and friendly it's just such a shame. I was looking forward to purchasing laser cut wooden shapes but they were so thin, The bead collection wasnt great either.

   Good range of products for different hobbies. I needed fabric for sewing, very easy to find and a good selection. Staff were very helpful in cutting the required length of fabric and helping to find the interfacing (had been used by a different customer). Found a good selection of craft activities for children to do over the Summer at a reasonable price.

   Hobbycraft is a wonderful place full of all kinds of creative materials. I could spend hours in there. Prices do seem to be on the high side but the variety of goods is impressive. My reason for a score of four stars is because, as a mobility scooter user, l find it cramped when trying to negotiate the aisles and can only just get in the lift when using the Croydon store. Also it is hard for a scooter to approach the paying bays.

   Went the last Sunday before Christmas and was expecting the store to be crowded. I was pleasantly surprise they had all the tolls open so it wasn't busy inside. One star off because the carpark was rammed. It's not big enough.

   I love hobby craft, the staff are so friendly and make me feel like part of the team. They let me know when stock is coming in, when the next promotion are coming and always so helpful in finding what I need every time I go to the store. I will always choose to go to Croydon hobby craft purely for the staff and how helpful they are all day every day. The manage of the store is always willing to help and always had a smile on his face as do all the staff. I have attended one on one work shops which have been amazing and insightful.
