Owners are a delight to visit very knowledgeable and passionate. My reptile food is of abundance and healthy. My bearded dragon would not let me get his food from any where else. Great shop and beautiful reptiles!
True experts, they know what they are doing. the reptiles look very well cared after, amazing staff aswell! i came just to look around once and staff were very kind and told us information about the reptiles. underrated business!!! 10/10
You can always tell if a business is there for profit or for passion, and it is clear that Mark and Sam are filled with passion for what they do. I had come in to pick up a few bits I needed to finish a new enclosure I’ve been working on, and was treated like I had been a regular for years; I was given a tour of the shop, interacted with multiple animals, and taught invaluable information and tips that I wouldn’t have been able to get anywhere else, so much so that I had to fill a whole page of notes when I got back in the car! The owners are some of the kindest and friendliest people I have ever met, and it is clear that everything they do is for the best interest of the animals.
Really knowledgable and friendly and have helped us find a specialist vet when our local vets weren’t able to help us. Won’t be going anywhere else for my supplies now, as everyone here goes above and beyond. All the animals here are well-loved and cared for which is beautiful to see when you’re visiting the shop.
A wonderful reptile shop! Myself and my partner recently brought home a corn snake and as first time snake owners Mark and Sam taught us everything we needed to know, including a feeding session free of charge. It’s refreshing to see a shop that cares so much about its animals and who they’re going home with. We will definitely be turning to Croydon Reptiles for everything we need. Thank you Mark and Sam!
One of my favourite reptile shops. I do go to quite a few but this one is high up on the list purely for how lovely the staff are. They will chat to you for ages and their passion is very obvious. It is clear they care about the community and have a deep love for their animals. Their business is expanding and they will be helping young children to experience the wonderfulness of these animals. Lovely shop, well stocked with a great variety of snakes too.
Not only are they true experts in exotics, one of best stores in the country, and all their animals are looked after perfectly, but they also are extremely helpful, with spot on advices and always ready to go extra mile to help. I'm a regular for 7 years now, and my reptiles are happy and healthy thanks to them.
Well what can I say about Croydon Reptiles …………………….fantastic !, fantastic !, fantastic ! In my opinion there’s probably no better reptile shop in the country. I have 2 bearded dragons that have been purchased from the very knowledgeable duo who are Mark and Sam. I visit at least once a week for live food and various reptile related items. I have been using this shop for the past 5 years and would never contemplate going anywhere else. What Mark and Sam don’t know about reptiles isn’t worth knowing to be fair. I now class this amazing reptile duo as very good friends and would recommend this shop to anyone who either has reptiles or are considering keeping reptiles. Shop is clean, tidy and customer service second to none. So take my advice don’t chance going anywhere else just because it may be a few quid cheaper. The old saying is “you always get what you pay for”

Bought my ball python from here today. Absolutely wonderful. All snakes are healthy, well nourished and friendly. Lots of reptiles to choose from and wonderful people who own it. Very knowledgeable and kind hearted couple who are very supportive and honest. All reptiles are in clean, well ventilated vivariums/terrariums and are obviously very well loved. Will absolutely 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back again!
