From start to finish, everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic! First and foremost, the property is impeccably well-kept. Every room was spotless, exuding freshness with every step I took. The attention to detail was evident, from the neatly made beds to the pristine kitchen, where even the tiniest corner was dust-free. The hosts clearly take immense pride in maintaining their home, and it absolutely showed. Speaking of the hosts, they were incredible! They provided detailed instructions, ensuring my arrival was a breeze. I had no trouble finding the premises, thanks to their clear directions and willingness to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodations themselves were superb. The design was both cozy and stylish, perfectly merging comfort with a modern touch. I felt instantly at home and incredibly relaxed. It was hard not to fall in love with the serene atmosphere that enveloped the property. We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment! It had a warm, comfortable feel and was conveniently located, the bus stop was right nearby, and just a few stops away from the train station. There was a place to store our luggage after checking out as well. Everyone around was very friendly, which made the experience even nicer. There were a few small issues: the floors could have been a bit cleaner, and we did come across a few spiders during our stay but we understand that’s part of being close to nature. We also had some trouble using the washing machine and dryer with the coin system, though the co-host kindly directed us to use the dryer in another building instead. Overall, it was a lovely, peaceful stay and we’d happily come back again!
Perfect one week stay in Gary’s Airbnb place and appreciate the entire team’s efforts to accommodate as much as possible to make my stay go very enjoyably. Really thankful to Gary and team. Highly recommended! By the way I really really love the wall painting decorations.
Perfect accommodation. Everything clean and cosy. Check in and check out works super easy. Quick walk to the station. You can travel to the center of London quite fast. Only downside is that there is no lift so if you have heavy luggage you should consider that.
Visited 3/24-3/29/23 Excellent price & space. It's close to Croydon train station & Whitgift Centre by uber. FAR from Heathrow airport cost $70 usd to airport. All was great EXCEPT teapot It is old & dirty. It needs to be replaced. I had to use a pot to boil water for tea.
Nice and cozy apartment. One star down because the bed was small and the matraze very soft. Everything else was really good.

This studio is really splendid, decorated with taste and quality, practical, well thought out or there is nothing missing.. at a really reasonable price given the services and ultimately very practical; we were in the center of London in less than half an hour... Little more, the contact was very easy with Gary the owner who speaks good French. I recommend this address especially for your stay in London. Just perfect apartment!
