   I give this hotel a 5 stars for it’s extremely convenient location and beautiful deluxe room. It’s connected to underground directly from the same building. I asked for an upgrade once I came and the hotel was fully booked the first two days, so I didn’t get the upgrade right away. The first room was gloomy and the view was inside the building without any sun coming in. But when I got the upgrade (I paid a small amount of money for) the room was amaziing. I got a deluxe room with a view of Hyde park and it was beautiful, spacious and had a small seating area. The staff were very nice and kind, even though I feel they need more people on the reception. I also had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it was nice. Highly recommended for a trip in london. Photos are from the second room.

   My wife and I stayed here for two nights while in London. We loved the room and the location. It's right next to a metro station so quick access to the rest of the city. Plus, it sits across the street from Hyde Park, which is beautiful. We both would highly recommend staying here.

   This is a grand hotel. Impeccable service. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very quiet. Bed are grand and rooms adequate. Location is fabulous, as it sits across from Hyde Park. Two tube stops nearby, only a few steps from the hotel entrance. Restaurants within two blocks provide varied menus, which is good since restaurant at the hotel has a limited menu and subpar service. Highly recommended overall.

   We had a lovely stay in the property from 19 December till 25 December. The property is very well situated and although we have some "issues" with the room initially, the response of the front desk staff and the manager was exemplary. I must give specific commendation to Sehrish who took our feedback extremely professionally and responded to us sincerely and adequately. We left the hotel feeling really positive about our 6 days of stay. Thank you and we will not hesitate to rebook the same property when we visit London again

   This hotel is very nicely located. We were able to ride bikes and scooters through the park as well as take the underground wherever we needed to go. The staff was lovely and they helped us whenever we needed it; although we did request for early check in, it was not available so we when the staff offered to store our bag while we waited and looked around the city it was absolutely fabulous! The room was very nice and big, and the view was quite pretty! We had a lovely weekend with lovely facilities to relax and plan for the next day! Overall a great experience!

   Wonderful experience! The highlight of our stay was the entire management team. From restaurant to front desk, to concierge , and even the hotel manager! Every person we encountered here was kind, and polite. The room was clean, and spacious. Decoration is themed, and style is not modern. This was a big part of what made our experience here so enjoyable. The hotel is a little older and does need a little love, but this was not something that directly impacted our experience. On the contrary! This hotel was charming! The location is excellent, with easy access to Gloucester Station, Tesco, Boots, and even Starbucks. Will definitely return and recommend anyone visiting London and looking for a great hotel!

   Not up to the standards I'd expect from a Hilton: * Reception felt a bit like a backpackers reception, and generally tired ambience (revolving doors not working, basic seating) * Mattress has seen better days, felt like the springs were gone * Coffee machine had a broken lid on the reservoir * No normal tea? What's that all about - just fruit infusions available * Lounge area dark and uninviting * Slow service in the lounge I've used a number of Hiltons in the past, and considering what this one charged, I expected better. On the plus, the reception staff were warm and welcoming and the room was spacious. But I'd rather have smaller room with a better bed. Won't be coming back to this particular hotel.
