   Staying at Novotel Wembley was amazing. I’ve stayed here couple of times but this time around, I stayed with my family. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained for 4 people. A special thank you to Yahaea at reception who helped us during our stay. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The kindness showed by him truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommend!

   I had a great stay at Novotel Hotel Wembley. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, making my visit very convenient. I would especially like to mention Troy, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. He went out of his way to assist and made the experience even more pleasant. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

   The hotel is amazing and very clean! The service is excellent; the staff are helpful, fast, and always happy to assist. The breakfast is delicious—literally one of the highlights of our stay.    Our stay here was great. From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted promptly by Mabel at the front desk. We arrived early so we were requested to wait while they arranged for a room. Considering the hotel was busy, the staff were on point. Later on, Samrat, the Manager on duty introduced himself to us and welcomed us. We stayed here for a week and all staff were warm and professional. The housekeeping was spot on as well. Amenities replenished and rooms taken care of. Samrat checked in with us in between our stay as well if we were comfortable, we mentioned a small issue in the bathroom on our way out and it was fixed upon our return. The F&B team was awesome. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection is the same each day (could use a bit of change) . Vicky, Hasan and Ashish regularly checked in with us and the kids on special requests. They even remembered our orders and checked if wanted the same the following day. This was very special considering the restaurant was always busy during breakfast. The gym was small, and equipment could get an overhaul, perhaps a regular check in by staff would be good. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's friendly and professional staff.

   The rooms are wonderful, functional, and comfortable. The location is the best in all of London, as it's close to the subway and everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls, and pharmacies. My wife and I have stayed at the hotel several times, including with our children on some occasions. I must highlight the excellent and hospitable service of Mrs. Drashti Shah, which is one of the hotel's greatest assets. Mrs. Shah is simply wonderful, concerned about the well-being of the guests and very efficient in what she does. My way of reciprocating so much care and competence is to always be a loyal customer. I go to London at least once a year and every time I will stay at the Novotel London Wembley. Thank you very much.

   The room was very spacious with nice modern decor. We had one issue with the hotel but it was address quickly and we received free breakfast for our stay. Staff always greeted us and was more than willing to help. This hotel is close to shops and is in a great location to explore and see all the wonderful views.

   The staff and service was second to none. We stayed there for 8 days and the staff was prompt and very helpful. Our first time to London and they made it feel like home. The wait staff at the front desk especially (can’t think of her name but I think it start with an A) was so nice and helpful. Everyone was. I would stay at this hotel again. The food wasn’t bad. Thank you for taking care me and my wife and our friends. We will never forget your hospitality

   Super location. Friendly check in staff. Beds very comfortable and over all room was nice. Few issues with bedside lighting but not major. Carpets in room 712 have stains bit concerning, needs attention. Glass doors into bathroom really need a clean. Over all a one night stay was great.

   Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Brilliant location. You can stay at Wembley park and plaza and forget yourself there for days. Love the neighbourhood. Hotel was very quiet and clean. Great choice for my family. Staff extremely polite and helpful. I just woshed they had better breakfast choices.

   Perfect location for Wembley Arena. We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Ana on reception, super helpful lady. No problems with the underground parking & room was comfortable & clean. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are attending Wembley arena/stadium. Didn't eat at the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance & also Wembley Box Park.
