Stayed here so we could get into central London easily on the train line which was maybe a bit of a push as the train times aren't as good as the tube ones. The location was probably a push with to kids to try and navigate the system. The room as spotless and as normal the beds perfect extra pillows which is great. Staff wise only saw two people the whole stay and they were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Premier inn does it again we always use them when we are out and about.

Hotel was nice and clean. Had breakfast the next day which was nice and I was working at sky studios so you pretty much couldn't get any closer reasonable price. The room was spacious and very clean

We had a brilliant experience at the Borehamwood Premier Inn restaurant. The dinner was genuinely excellent — well cooked, tasty, and far better than expected. The whole dining experience was really enjoyable. The service in the restaurant was outstanding, especially from Blaise. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and worked non-stop to make sure everyone was looked after. His service was a clear 10/10, and his work ethic really stood out throughout the evening. Dinner was great, the service was brilliant, and Blaise is a real credit to the team. Huge thanks to him for making the experience so positive. Highly recommend!

Standard Premier Inn. Can’t go wrong. Car parking at £9 a night. Need a QR code from reception (no one will explain this until you read the signs). Self service machine useless as normal a staff appear totally disinterested. In fact the worst level of staff engagement I have ever experienced in a PI. Don’t be fooled by the pics of the big welcoming reception desk. That’s long gone and replaced by two self service machines. Restaurant not open until 6pm which again was news. Glad we hadn’t paid for the meal deal as we needed to eat early. Would return for location but that’s about it. McDonald’s / Nando’s just down the road for dinner and breakfast options.

We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Premier Inn Elstree Boreham while my husband was in hospital. I spent 9 nights in that hotel. It was a very difficult time for me, but the staff were very kind and so helpful, they made my stay very comfortable. They received parcels for me when I was not in. The dinner I had there was well prepared. The restaurant service was very good. I will definitely stay at Premier Inn again, it was affordable, clean, comfortable and safe when I needed just such a place. Thank you to cleaners, receptionists, bar and restaurant staff, maintenance etc, you all played your part to perfection.

I stayed here for one night on 12/11/2022. Good stay with a comfortable bed which was clean and spacious. Quiet room. Breakfast good, however no gluten free options however.

For a budget category hotel this spot is not bad at all, smells and feels more premium than its positioned. The room was very clean and warm, bed was incredibly comfortable, the sofa in the room was large and comfy as well. The few staff available there were friendly and courteous. The food here seems to be very good in general, I've read good reviews about the breakfast, I had a prawn cocktail and fish and chips with peas and they were both fresh and tasty. There is no room service as is common with budget hotels as they are usually not plentifully staffed, so you will have to go to the restaurant for your food and drinks. The internet however was very slow and not suitable for video streaming, there is a paid option for a fiver a day, but the 5G coverage on my mobile phone was very strong here and more than enough to stream using mobile hotspot. This is a nice hotel and a very quiet area which was what I wanted for a couple of days. The rooms are large and suitable for 3 people quite comfortably with the large sofa if its permitted.

Great place to stay on a budget if you're doing London for the weekend. Premier Inn is always clean and comfortable and this one has a nice pub joined on to it for food and or drinks. There is a train station which is about a 15/20 minute walk away or a 5 min car drive away and it has a big car park which isn't expensive. Also handy is the big Tesco just down the road. All in all a great premier Inn with easy access to London
