Don't highly recommend, it was an ok place to stay. I think the room was clean but I'm obvious need of some repairs and serious refreshing. Bathroom was a good size, liked having shelves but the shower doesn't have a door and the we had to put a towel on the floor to keep from flooding the rest of the floor. Shower grout in the floor was stained, def needs a refresh/deep cleaning. Nice size room, not a ton of storage but we made it work with 3 people and 5 pieces of luggage. The room does have a mini fridge but it was not cold. We stored some food in it overnight and ended up throwing it out the next day because it wasn't cold in the morning. Staff was accommodating but not super friendly. They weren't rude by any means. I requested an early check-in and they were able to make that happen for us. However, the first room they put us in was right by the elevators. They did switch us to a new room when requested. Overall, this was an adequate place to stay and met our needs for the few days we were there. Too pricey for the quality. Side note: my mom stayed in one of their executive suites which was much nicer. Looks like they have redone those rooms fairly recently. Much better quality.

Outstanding Service from Vanya! Vanya provided truly exceptional service during our visit to the hotel restaurant. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional from start to finish. She made us feel genuinely welcome, checked in at just the right moments, and ensured everything we needed was taken care of with a smile. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work, and it absolutely shows. Thank you, Vanya, for making our meal memorable — we look forward to coming back again!

Another great stay at the Holiday Inn West (London). From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. A special credit to the reception team, who were amazingly professional last night and made check-in effortless. Breakfast was another highlight thanks to Prerna, who was incredibly helpful and polite. She kept a close eye on everything, making sure guests were well looked after and comfortable throughout. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with excellent service — I’d happily return.

The room was booked for three adults, but despite requesting three duvets, three sets of towels, and three tea cups, the room was prepared with only two duvets, two hand towels, one large towel, and three tea cups. On a positive note, the room was ready early and we were allowed to check in around 1 PM instead of the standard 3 PM, which was appreciated. The key cards stopped working the next day after breakfast. We had to ask a housekeeping staff member to open the door, and then request reception to reactivate the cards before heading to the city centre. At check-in, we were informed that the bar operates until midnight. However, on our second evening, when we asked for a beer around 11 PM, we were told by staff that the bar was already closed. Breakfast was quite good, with standard English breakfast items, fruit salad, yoghurt, pastries, granola/muesli with almond, soya, and oat milk options, as well as fresh fruit (bananas, apples, mandarins). The room was on the 5th floor, very clean, and reasonably sized for three adults. Housekeeping did not replenish the body/shower gel after it was finished on the first day. Soundproofing was also poor - voices from other rooms and the corridor were clearly audible both early in the morning and late in the evening. Location-wise, the hotel is well connected: about a 10-minute walk to the Elizabeth line with direct access to Heathrow Airport, and around a 7-minute walk to the Central line for reaching the city centre and main sightseeing areas in approximately 20–30 minutes. Overall, a mixed experience with a clean room and decent breakfast, but several service and maintenance issues that affected the stay. #reviewbyafandi #tripbyafandi

Hotel is in great location, easy to access via public transport. Room was spacious and surprisingly quiet even the room faced busy roads. Every member of staff was kind and accomodating from check in. Breakfast had plenty of options, from cooked meals to cereals. Plus point that they serve coctails as well. It was a great stay. Thank you! Aida

Our hotel in three different occasions during our UK tour. Rooms are fine but the beds are on the narrow side, though. The included breakfast was great. Subway is five minutes away on foot (Central Line, North Acton), as well as two supermarkets, a Subway, Domino's and Papa John's restaurants. Not much else, though. Good value

Just one of our regular office hangout for drinks and catch up after work. I don’t take alcohol and they don’t have any mock tail, I’m usually forced to buy soft drinks like J2O or Lipton drinks (which I do enjoy by the way). The ambience is okay, lots of seating at the reception. We usually park at a small car park, I’m not sure if the hotel has a car park

A clean and good hotel close to the metro station. You can come to it by metro from the airport to an area close to the hotel and walk to reach the hotel within 5 minutes. Also, the hotel resident can reach the city center by metro nearby. The reception is good and the reception staff, especially brother Hosro and Thomas provided and provide excellent services to the guests, guiding them to the metro points, as well as roaming in London and how to make use of the time. . Accommodation in the hotel is very reasonable price for the services. I wish them more progress and prosperity.

The rooms were adequate but small and minimalistic. There was a mini fridge but that was the only thing that was a positive. … and that is something most rooms have nowadays. The hotel is close to a underground line and there are shops and fast food restaurants near by. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel. The service was nice but the breakfast again was very minimalistic. You can have a full British breakfast and a continental breakfast but no extras like salmon or other luxurious things. I would definitely choose a different hotel for my next stay in London.

Surprised at this hotel and how poor the service we received was. Arrived just after 2pm for our 2pm check in. Neither of the two rooms we had reserved were ready, we were assured they would be ready in a few minutes and we should take a seat in the cafe / bar and the receptionist would come to tell us in a couple of minutes when it was ready. Not a good start when we had been traveling all morning to reach the hotel and had been assured before arrival that the rooms would be ready for us as we were traveling in to London with our children after checking in. This escapade carried on for over an hour and ten minutes with reception claiming that house keeping were just finishing up and it would be five minutes. Eventually at 16.10 one of the members of reception went up to check that the rooms were ready, low and behold they were and apparently house keeping hadn't bothered to update the system. When we finally checked in there were no towels available in the room and had to ring reception and house keeping once more to get towels. The room was functional at best and I've had warmer two star hotels than this supposed four star. It's really a stretch to give it four star status. There were no room service menus in the room, no supposed pillow menu (as advertised on their website) and the complimentary soap dispenser (like Premier Inn) was empty and remained empty throughout our stay despite advising house keeping. Breakfast the following morning was shambolic. One coffee machine was out of use, the second ran out of water and it took staff fifteen minutes to refill it. The restaurant is only small and really didn't look big enough for the size of the hotel, this was compounded on Saturday morning as numerous tables were left with dirty crockery. The table next to us spilled a plate of scrambled eggs that went left uncleared for our whole time in the restaurant. On our final morning house keeping entered our room on three separate occasions, despite the do not disturb sign being displayed. The decor of the rooms is extremely cheap, I've stayed in Hamptons, garden inns and double trees that have smaller star ratings but are far more comfortable than this hotel. Next time I'm in London I definitely won't be staying here. The location is convenient next to North Acton tube station but that's it's only redeeming feature.
