Mo the sale manager was really approachable, helpful and patient. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my specific needs in terms of mattress. He went through the whole range of products and help me to find what suits me the most. I'll definitely go there again to get advices from him for other purchases.
Krishna was very knowledgeable about all the beds and mattresses. There was a large variety of beds and mattresses. He did not rush us to make a decision and spent lots of time with us. He and the store manager gave us all the available discounts and included some extras. We did not feel pressured to purchase at any point. A pleasure to deal with. Delivery time is quick too. We are looking forward to receiving our new bed and mattress.
I recently visited this store for a mattress, bed base, and frame, and was warmly assisted by David. He patiently guided me around the entire store, providing clear information and giving me plenty of time to consider my options. His attentiveness and kindness really stood out. As I didn’t have enough time to make all my decisions on the first visit, I returned the following day. David was already helping another customer, but he had thoughtfully briefed the store manager about my requirements and preferences in advance. The manager immediately stepped in, encouraged me to take my time testing mattresses, and then quickly helped me finalise my choices. He was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and experienced, which made selecting my frame and base much easier. Once everything was decided, he smoothly processed the entire order. My bed was delivered three weeks later without any issues. I’ll soon be returning to purchase a bedside table, and I hope to be assisted again by either David or the manager, as they both showed genuine care, professionalism, and friendliness. Their excellent service is exactly why I’ve chosen to return and buy more.
These guys were amazing from the showroom to delivery. Personalised, understanding, attentive, respectful, kind, helpful. Went above and beyond in the showroom- putting the mattress we wanted to test on the style of bed frame we have at home to simulate the firmness. We missed a special offer for a free mattress protector and duvet but they called us to say they had managed to get us the items anyway. Then on delivery- realizing I had 3 broken slats on the bed, they helped me cut down some spares to fit. Absolutely amazing faultless service. I would highly recommend Bensons.
We bought Mattress and frame were of such high quality and elegance, incredibly comfortable, and the delivery was smooth. Store manager David was very helpful kind and friendly, thank you.
Mo the Store Manager was extremely kind, helpful and informative, despite it being near closing time. When closing time is approaching you are usually rushed, but that was not the case with Mo. At the very end of his shift treated me the same way, as if it were the start of the shift, and he was willing to work overtime. Incredibly professional, overall I had a great sales experience purchasing my bed!
We visited Bensons For Beds outlet in Colindale Retail Park outlet for purchase of beds and mattresses. We found a good variety and options to suit all budgets and competitive deals and discounts to go with it. We could explore and shop at leisure looking and relooking at all options. We interacted with Krishnam and David, who we found to be very knowledgeable, polite, understood specifically what we were after, and answered all our queries. No hassles from Bensons for beds. We asked a few questions on the mattress in question and we got "proper" answers. No nonsense selling. In fact, it was very painless. Would recommend and revisit if necessary.
Came to the Benson Beds branch In Colindale to buy a wardrobe, we was seen to by a stand in manager from another store whose name is Tyrone , I can not give enough praises on Tyrone’s customer care , we was looked after so well and given as much discounts and other freebies as possible. Been to a lot of furniture stores but never had a person be so friendly yet professional at the same time ,
Initially spoke to David the sales person who was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We wasn’t 100% sure in general as me and my wife have never purchased a bed before. We came back a couple of weeks later to finalised the sale with Mo, who was also very helpful. We are very happy with our purchase and looking forward to our new bed frame and mattress. Thanks David & Mo! We will definitely be back in the future.
