Guys i ain't even knowing where to start... THIS hotel- Ohhh my god. First: The rooms: GOD the rooms are good!! They feel fresh, clean, neat! The vibe you get is just IT! Then: breakfast: tell me why this pancake maker is SOOO good? Like this took up 95% of my body. Whenever i felt a spot open, i would run to the machine. Hungry? pancake! Thirsty? pancake! dessert? pancake! Everything? PANCAKE I TOLD U ALREADY!!! Then this toaster like mhhmhmhmhmhmhmhmhmh. I was ready to start a fight for this toaster (Satireee) and the location: it was not a park, garden, center of the city location, but it was a vibe! If you like to live life like how people live it there, visit this hotel!

Room was spacious and clean. Plugs and USB ports available next to the bed. Very limited parking available (10-15 spaces total) charged at £15 per night. No other parking options available in the area. Hotel located next to North Acton tube station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in the price and it was good. Bar available with limited beers on tap. WiFi available for free. Bus stops also available outside the hotel. Food and coffee places available close by

The ladies on reception are incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Mika (think that is her name!). Location excellent with the Underground Station next door and several bus routes stop outside. Have stayed here several times and just sorry that it is to close down in June 2026

Paid £468.55 for 4 nights stay in Oct 2025 in Holiday Inn Express Park Royal By IHG after booking thru Agoda. 1. Stayed on the 4th floor of the hotel. The room faced the railway track and was quite noisy whenever the train passed by. 2. The room was sufficiently clean but it was quite squeezy for 3 adults. Our luggage did not have enough space to be opened on the floor. It would be just nice for 2 adults to stay without opening the sofa bed. The bed was ok. 3. There was no aircon and fan in the room and we sometimes felt warm although outside temperature was around 11°C . 4. The attached toilet and bathroom were clean. The water pressure was strong and drainage was good. 5. The hotel provided face and bath towels. They were changed daily by housekeeping. 6. The wifi was stable. 7. Service staff at the reception was friendly. 8. Breakfast was included in the hotel charges and was good enough to fill the stomach before exploring the attractions. 9. North Acton underground train station was within 2-minute walk. 10. There were some fast-food takeaways i.e. Chicken Land, Domino’s Pizza, and supermarkets i.e. Tesco and Sainsbury within walking distance.

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family. The rooms were cozy and clean, the beds pretty comfortable and the breakfast was just fine. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Also, the hotel is literally a one minute walk from the tube station. Would recommend!

Very nice hotel, Holiday Inn Express style. We booked a double room with twin beds for me and my daughter. The room was clean, shower was really great. Breakfast was quite good and the staff at the front desk is nice and helpful. Location is superb, with North Acton station just around the corner, and bus station in front of the hotel entrance. Tesco express, Costa and Domino's are nearby.

Clean friendly hotel. The lobby and breakfast staff very friendly and hard working. Hotel was amazingly quiet even though located in a heavy construction zone right above a Tube station. Only disadvantage is the only tube line serving is Central. Expect lower frequency at night and it will be crowded. Many Central line platforms have step and gap issues so mobility impaired will struggle. Easy connection from Heathrow via Elizabeth Line to Central Line.

I loved my stay at this place. It is an excellent value for money; the train to the city is next to the building, multiple grocery stores, a comfy stay, good breakfast. Staff is friendly too! However, the room has a certain smell which I think is due to age. I am not sure what it was.

The room was really large and nice, ironing board already in the room, great while on a business trip. For my personal taste the breakfast was really poor, I literally found nothing to eat, tried a few bites of some fried food. Pancakes from some sort of machine with pre-maid batter in a plastic bag? Instant porridge from plastic containers? I understand this kind of breakfast is popular in the UK, but just some ham, cheese, fresh vegetables would do at least to make a proper sandwich. WiFi was pretty poor for working. Not the hotel’s fault, but neither the subway station nor the area itself around the hotel felt nice and safe.

This hotel is worth it only coz of its location... its right at North Acton Station connecting to central London in just minutes. The hotel rooms offer 2 adult and 2 kids option with a double bed and one sofa bed. Staff is polite, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast had standard cold and hot servings.
