Great hotel, and will definitely be back next time I’m in London. Clean rooms, and excellent service, especially from Jay, Dorel, Preshna, and Aman. Highly recommend.
We stayed here because the original hotel we booked had cancelled last minute, the staff were very accommodating for the situation and extremely helpful. The room was lovely and we had no trouble getting a taxi to Wembley stadium from here.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. Looked after us from beginning to end, helped us check in earlier than planned, nothing was too much trouble. Free coffee and pastries in the lobby while we waited. They helped us with transport to our event at Wembley. Local shops were walking distance. The room was exceptional. We had a lovely time.
Great hotel. We stayed at the Pillar for a few days for a Wedding in the area. There is ample parking with a couple of EV chargers, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but not overly so e.g. you can still get to both sides of the bed. Everything was very clean and the hotel was generally quiet. I also left my sunglasses behind which they were kind enough to post back to me free of charge!

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location for visitors to Hendon. Kosher breakfast available. A listed building so layout a little eccentric. Comfy beds
Beautiful hotel, room and bathroom spacious and luxurious. Good choice of food at breakfast. The only drawback was the bed which was very hard.
What a stunning hotel! Our room was perfect and for once a room advertised as wheelchair accessible was fully wheelchair accessible. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kosher buffet breakfast was very nice.
Wonderful experience here. The staff was professional and accommodating. The location is convenient. Restaurants and shuls all on the same block. Busses stop in front of the hotel for quick transportation to anywhere. If you stay for Shabbat and purchase their hospitality package, this is what your table looks like. They also provide a hotplate which is super hot (so watch out you don't burn your food). Would stay here again and again. Air conditioning was frigid and welcome after a hot day in the tube.
