The stay was extremely satisfying with excellent facilities. The staff provided clear and thorough explanations of all services, and every essential requirement—plates, dishes, detergents, and cutlery—was thoughtfully arranged. The availability of a washing machine and dryer in the basement was especially valuable for our 8-night stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to this part of the country, as the location is ideal—close to the mall and tube stations, with excellent connectivity.

Staff was helpful and personable, especially Ariff (maintenance) who was superbly patient and expertly resolved my power bank charging issues. The bathroom can be cleaner as there were greenish stains on the bathroom shelves but other than that, the room appeared clean and was comfortable Area appears safe even at night. A lot of international students and locals. But wouldn’t recommend coming back beyond 10pm, hotel closes its main doors and guests need to use their keycard to enter a separate entrance at that time

Nice, clean and modern aparthotel. Room for improvement would be some bottle of water for arriving clients and a better welcoming service from the two reception employees who we seemed to bother when checking-in and when asking service such as mere water (cold welcome, no smile, frowning face). A bit disappointing.

We liked the location as we stayed at the hotel next door a year or so ago and thought we'd try the Adagio to have the convenience of being able to make a quick meal in the evening instead of having to find a restaurant (and be able to put a pint of "proper" milk in the fridge for tea and coffee). The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable - better than I expected as it folds into the wall when not in use and becomes a sofa. We had the hotel breakfast buffet, absolutely fine (includes hot food if you want it). The staff were very friendly and helpful - all in all a very pleasant stay and we will certainly be back.

The hotel is in a quiet area with a mall with many stores. The rooms were very clean, the double bed/ the mattres is very comfy, not too soft or too hard. The bath is clean and beautiful. Also the apartment has a kitchen with all you need. The area is quiet. Also the rooms have conditioned air that work both for cold and warm. The breakfast was very good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Very comfortable, great kitchen set up (although an oven would have been extra useful). The staff were so friendly and wonderful with our toddler. Easy and quick access to Westfield shopping centre which has pretty much everything you could need. Underground station not too far of a walk through the other end of the centre, and rail station within 2 minutes of the hotel. The laundry room was extremely convenient and easy to use. We would definitely recommend this apartment hotel to traveller's keen to take care of their own meals.

We stayed here for one Saturday night. Excellent base for seeing Abba and visiting the Westfield shopping centre. Rooms were new, clean and had everything you required. Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet overnight. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Frederic the Manager who went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. This man is a diamond!

The hotel cost me £350 for 2 nights which is not cheap for a 3-star place to stay that's not including the £100 deposit. I spoke to the reception regarding fresh towels and complimentary water for the room, I was told you have to pay for a fresh towel and a bottle of water. Also forgot to mention you need to pay to get the room cleaned, which isn't ideal. I don't think I will stay here again. I have previously stayed in a 5-star hotel and have never been charged £100 holding deposit. So I think I will give this hotel a miss next time.

The hotel was great and very convenient. Relatively new and that shows. Everything in perfect condition. Nice size appartement which was easily kept at a nice temperature. The biggest plus was the great staff at the reception . They were so friendly and helpful. That made the real difference.

The reception staff were lovely. The hotel is well located. Facilities are good and there is good use of space and storage. I was in a 1-bedroom apartment. When I came into the room and inspected unfortunately there was a leak under the kitchen sink. I called the reception and she sent someone up to fix it within minutes. He was also very pleasant and polite. I'm giving 5 stars because even though there was a leak it was dealt with almost immediately in a professional manner.
