Visited the hotel with my family for my daughter’s birthday and the service was impeccable. The check-in was smooth. The room was 1st class with amazing views and facilities. The restaurant-Joel had attentive staff and Natalia was the best waitress who was preemptive and went above and beyond with our orders to make sure that we were happy which made my daughters birthday visit special.

A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.

Amazing hotel, great location with great views. Lovely spacious rooms. The staff are all very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay a good one. We stay here every time we come to London now, because of the friendly welcome we always receive. The hotel bar is lovely, comfortable, great range of drinks and the staff make sure you have a great evening. Dennis is especially helpful, he always makes sure that we are looked after and his customer service is second to none Dennis is a real credit to the hotel!

A truly exceptional dining experience! From the moment we stepped in, the warm welcome and elegant yet relaxed atmosphere set the tone for a memorable evening. The contemporary French menu is thoughtfully curated with standout dishes that are both beautifully presented and delicious — each bite showcased excellent quality and flavour. Our experience was made even better by our wonderful server, Papiya, who was attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring without ever being intrusive. Her knowledge of the menu and warm demeanor made us feel truly looked after. The service overall was outstanding, and the wine pairings perfectly complemented the meal. Whether for a special occasion or a lovely night out in London, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!

Poor value overall, regrettably so. To begin with the positives: the hotel’s location is undeniably excellent, and the Wi-Fi, along with the in-house coffee and sushi bar, is of high quality. The staff at the sushi restaurant, in particular, were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, this is where the praise ends. The level of service throughout the hotel falls well below what one would reasonably expect. My room had no access to natural daylight—not even indirectly—which is especially problematic in London in December. When I requested a room change for the weekend of my daughter’s visit, I was offered an alternative only at an additional £200 per night for a “twin studio, city view”—a view that turned out to be the Waterloo train station. Given the circumstances, I asked whether an early check-in might be possible. The answer was a flat no. This was far from an isolated incident; there were numerous other interactions marked by indifference and a lack of basic hospitality. In short, I will not be returning. Not that this seems to matter: guests are required to pay for their entire stay upfront, a first for me at a hotel claiming four-star status. Based on my experience, the rationale behind this policy becomes clear—it appears designed for mass tourism: take the money first, with little concern for service quality or repeat business.

Stayed on business in mid July. On the positive side, the hotel has a great central location. Easy walking to many tourist sites, rail and tube stations. Room was a good size and well appointed. Clean and tidy on arrival. Friendly staff. On the downside, be aware that your room will not be serviced at all if you stay less than three nights. This was under the excuse of trying to reduce contacts in the Covid environment. Given all restrictions have been relaxed, this does not wash. I can accept for environmental reasons that sheets and towels might not be changed, but normally the hotel would at least clean the room and make the bed each day. Not so here. On my return each day, the room was in exactly the same state I left it. I could not find any teabags and tried to contact reception and housekeeping on several occasions. Nobody would even answer the phone. I was not alone as several of my colleagues experienced similarly poor levels of service. Paying ~£380 per night I expect better….. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly reduced the room rates.

This hotel is in excellent location - you can easily treat this hotel as a base for sightseeing! A large number of London's attractions you can do by foot! Great - very "warm" rooms. Very friendly and professional service. Good fitness center open 24h. Nice pool. The only (small) thing I could suggest as an area for improvement would be - choice of food for breakfast. Still great experience!

Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.

Amazing customer service!! We stayed here as my baby had surgery at the Evelina and after visiting the hospital a few months back the kind doormen helped us to get a taxi which I was very thankful for, so I knew their customer service must be great. Anyway the hotel staff couldn’t have made our stay any more lovely. Our room was beautiful and they even left a wonderful gift for us and our baby. Every member of staff that we met was so friendly and took such good care of us. Thank you so so much.
