    I was amazed with the vareity of stock and the fabulous customer service i received from a lovely woman called Laura she went above and beyond to help me as she does everytime im instore even though she is always so busy working ,she never stops running around and always with a smile on her face ...fabulous experience top notch customer service i would definetly recommend this store to anyone

    Got nothing against the people,[workers]. But beware of the parking,apparently I was on car park from Friday to a Saturday,and had a fine come through 100pound.amazing how cctv picks me up on Friday entering ( but not leaving) and popped there on Saturday [ not entering] but leaving !! Went to up to complain,said they had number of people having same problem. And above all that,not a phone number to state your case.think head office and store need to look into this has im not only 1.joke

    Store and price is good but the lady staff on the till is very bad in manners , always talking on their head phones & rude to the customers ! It is not the first time , but it is what the way she behaves . Horrible customer services

    I’ll never understand how this store has so many good reviews! The staff are rude and not very friendly at all.. when serving customers they’re on their headphones slagging their jobs off about what time they had to start and when they finish, you would think they would be happy to have a job! Me and my dad were in here again today the woman serving us couldn’t even make eye contact with us even when asking if we would like a receipt.. rubbish customer service how the hell have they still got their jobs?!
