Couldn't find my insurance receipt but through the help of Sam at Walsall branch my details were recovered and her Manager refunded me with a new watch. They were so helpful and efficient. I felt very humble and it made my Christmas. Thank you so much.

I was passing through walsall while my car gets repaired (i looked a bit scruffy) but decided to have a quick look around before my train arrived.
