A great experience shopping at this store. Bought a Bridal set for my future wife and a wedding ring for myself. Had the bridal set resized and sent to us. Very helpful and good communication throughout. I would really recommend this store.

If I could rate a 0 star I would. Doesn't deserve a star at all. I have used T H Baker Walsall for many years. However I asked for a belcher bracelet to be repaired, I was charged £25 just to send the item off. I was then called with a price. For a clasp replacement I was quoted £415, obviously I declined they said they would get more quotes the best they come back with was £327 I declined again. I went to store to collect my bracelet and I was told the £25 wasn't refundable, I also asked for a price to sell my bracelet they said £250 (it's worth alot more) I said to the store manager Keith I feel that they are purposely charging people ridiculous amounts in an attempt to buy there jewellery at a lower price. I said I would go and find other prices elsewhere to which Keith said good luck finding a better price. I was the. Recommended to a jewellers in Dudley where I had the clasp replaced for £40!!!! I still have the receipts so on that note please if your reading this stay away these are just con artists. Shameful
If your looking to trade in your gold be very careful. I was offered £500 here yet the jewellers in Aldridge gave me £900 for the same items.

Popped in for a quote on gold chain fastener repair. Liked what the gentleman quoted and said I’d go with it. Fixed it there & then in the shop! Didn’t have to part with my very special necklace for more than a few minutes! Excellent service.
My husband bought me a necklace for our diamond anniversary, the staff could not have been more helpful. Due to the difficult circumstances the sale was mostly done over the phone with the manager, he then posted the necklace so we did not have to risk going to the shop as we have been in isolation. On arrival the clasp was very difficult to fasten and this was changed at no extra cost. If you want pleasant and helpful staff this is the shop to go to. Thanks Keith for excellent service.
