   Don't bother going to this place, the staff are so rude, had to ask 3/4 times as the staff member just stood there ignoring me on purpose. Plenty of other shops to visit were customers are treated with respect.

   I went to see if my gold could be repaired and I have received the most horrific customer experience! The seller was a female. When I asked to see a gold set she only showed me the earrings to the set. When I asked her where was the full set she aggressively snapped and said 'I'M DOING MY JOB' three times. She initially did show me the set, but when I asked her for the price of the set she again rudely snapped saying 'BUY IT OR LEAVE'. I'm sorry but this has ruined my stay in Walsall, I regret coming here and I will not be coming back :/
