I ordered via email and received a prompt response. The beautiful flowers were ready on time for me to pick up. Really lovely presentation and excellent value for money. Will be my "go to" florist in Walsall from now on.
Michelle is OUTSTANDING!! Before ordering flowers, I was already a fan of her arrangements and loved the ambience of the shop. We quite urgently needed some flowers for a funeral and unfortunately the stress levels led to our appointed family members forgetting to place the order. By the time I realised and had to step in, Floral Glory was closed and I had enquired and placed one order with another florist. But when we did get in touch with Michelle, she was more than happy to accommodate our rush order and even delivered it at the crack of dawn on a Monday. I was so overwhelmed with her grace, patience and ability to come through when she really wasn't obliged. The flowers were out of this world! The colour scheme, the flowers she had chosen, everything. My only regret is booking the spray with the other florist because it didn't even compare to what Michelle had produced for us. Still in awe, and eager for another opportunity to experience her incredible workmanship. Michelle, on behalf of my family, thank you SO much for being so incredible. Truly.
Ordered a hatbox bouquet for my mom’s birthday last month. Even though the order was a little last minute this lovely lady went out of her way on her day off and created something beautiful for us. She also delivered it to my mom and made it extra special with a message from all the children. Would definitely order from her again her customer service is outstanding

Michelle is amazing and very attentive. Great service when l went in to order flowers for my dear friends funeral l was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome in the lovely decorated shop. While making my choice l was offered a drink and Michelle also took the time to sit with me and learn about my friend and her journey. Which meant a lot to me at a difficult time. At a difficult time of organising a funeral for my father, where lots of things needed to be done, Michelle gave us the right guidance in our decision making to ensure that all the floral arrangements where beautiful and to a high-quality standard – which they were. She did not disappoint! She maintained regular communication from start to finish, was very friendly, accessible, and provided very quick responses to any queries that I had. No special request is out of the question for Michelle, as she is a highly skilled and creative florist, capable of meeting any special floral arrangement requests. She made me Jamaican flag-coloured floral arrangements for the coffin and five floral tributes including two bespoke floral arrangements; and also provided the arrangements with extra finishing touches which exceeded our expectations.
