Michelle is OUTSTANDING!! Before ordering flowers, I was already a fan of her arrangements and loved the ambience of the shop. We quite urgently needed some flowers for a funeral and unfortunately the stress levels led to our appointed family members forgetting to place the order. By the time I realised and had to step in, Floral Glory was closed and I had enquired and placed one order with another florist. But when we did get in touch with Michelle, she was more than happy to accommodate our rush order and even delivered it at the crack of dawn on a Monday. I was so overwhelmed with her grace, patience and ability to come through when she really wasn't obliged. The flowers were out of this world! The colour scheme, the flowers she had chosen, everything. My only regret is booking the spray with the other florist because it didn't even compare to what Michelle had produced for us. Ordered a hatbox bouquet for my mom’s birthday last month. Even though the order was a little last minute this lovely lady went out of her way on her day off and created something beautiful for us. She also delivered it to my mom and made it extra special with a message from all the children. Would definitely order from her again her customer service is outstanding

Michelle is amazing and very attentive. Great service when l went in to order flowers for my dear friends funeral l was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome in the lovely decorated shop.
