Excellent service and excellent flowers but just one tiny thing - chose a floral option online but didn’t realise I wasn’t getting a bouquet - instead it was presented in a yellow box/bag and had that old fashioned sponge at the bottom - my mom wasn’t able to take them out and put in a vase which was a shame as you couldn’t see the flowers. Could you not give an option to just have flowers w/out sponge and bag please?

I have bought flowers from Forget Me Not several times and I have always been super happy. My mom always loves the flowers that I send her.
