   AVOID AT ALL COSTS DONT SHOP AT ANY STORES Absolutely disgusting service ! Went in to purchase possibly 1 guinea pig but wouldn't mind 2 at a push. I was told I couldn't have them unless I purchased 3. The sign above the cage states sold in pairs. How is 3 a Pair ?????? Then manager (TORI) was rude argumentative and has no customer service talking down to me on the shop fall in front of customers making my daughter cry ! I told her to apologise she said she wont apologise and she dont care. I said apologise to my daughter My daughter was crying apparently I was guilt tripping her ! Will be taking this further rude cow.

   Wouldn’t sell me mollies as i said i kept them with goldfish. Their temperature ranges overlap and they work well together. Ive kept fish for ten years. Not sure if skill issue of the girl or company policy. Either way annoying. I didn't moan i just left.

   Just brought my beautiful boy stormzy home from the adoption area today. We love him so much. We also had fluffy from you a few months ago from the adoption area. They are both going to boy spoilt boys. The staff here are all so lovely and really care about the animals they have. It's one of the best pets at home in the area

   Today myself and my daughter and granddaughter who is 5 yrs old went to purchase her first hamster and accessories. I dont know the name of the lady who helped us but she was such a asset as 1 of ur team members. She helped us taking time for us to pick the hamster we would like.then showing us to the cages and accessories we needed.thanku again
