   There is clear pricing on the website. I went there today and the chap on the till was very helpful, as was the lad called George in the yard who went the extra mile to help me. The wood was even cut to enable me to fit it into my car, free of charge. I would be happy to shop there again. Thank you all.

   Had to wait at the till because no one was at the counter. Had to ask to be served and that took 10 minutes. I guess most of there orders must be online!

   Waited in a queue of 7 lunchtime last week 5 people with hi viz's on chatting football. One girl ignored queue and filled water bottle until a lad who did actually look busy felt embarrassed enough to get up and serve. Then the girl sat down joined the convo and left him to it! Wouldn't After be so bad but after £17 for a drill bit you'd think they'd be fighting for ya money. Poor bloke at the back I say

   Some staff helpfully the young ones seem disinterested and rude, like they're doing you a favour. Some of the older ones are helpful and down to earth though. Prices are ridiculously expensive though.

   Been here twice for speaker box wood. Ordered sheets of mdf online and then arrived with cut sheet and they cut to size. Helped them minimise the cutting. Brilliant. Recommended.

   The guys serving in the yard are always so helpful, shame i can't say the same for the service in the shop. There were about 4 customers queuing and 7 staff behind the counter 1 serving us and the rest having a good old natter between themselves. I will be going elsewhere in future
