   Brought items from Howdens all items were ok but the 1 of the work tops were chipped I informed company of this and nobody came to collect, I called back a few months later to collect and they did but was told that they could not refund me the money as it was damaged. I explained it was like that when i received it but they wasn't willing to listen and refused to refund me my money, Please check all items any bit of damage report it straight away because they will use any excuse not to refund you.

   Very good service...they really look after their customers and are always happy to give advice. They've estimated a quick turn around on my kitchen delivery and I'm fairly optimistic about the whole plan. Post job and fittings... excellent after care. They really look after their customers and sort out all your queries at a drop of a hat.
