   We ordered new bespoke furniture for our lounge and it was delivered today. Delivery men are excellent very efficient and friendly and the furniture is beautiful, fabulous quality made exactly as we requested by experienced craftsmen. All of the staff have been helpful and friendly and we recommend them to anybody we have had furniture from them over the years and they never fail to delight.

   We bought several items of oak furniture from the Milan range a few years ago. We were happy with it at the time but the lights in the display units broke fairly soon after delivery. Now some of the lamp tables and occasional tables need the surfaces re polished. We have been trying for months, phoning and visiting to no avail. We have taken the broken light into the store. We know it is out of guarantee and need to pay now. The lady there is very pleasant and keeps promising the boss will get back to us but he never does. We also bought new tops for our bedroom furniture and have spent in excess of £4000 but our custom means nothing. If you want aftercare this is NOT the place to buy furniture.

   We have just had a new conservatory installed and wanted a long, low sideboard to go in it. I found Britannia Pine on the internet and they make custom furniture to your precise specifications. This meant that I could have one that sat just below the window sill and it is perfect. We travelled from Kent to Staffordshire to see the company and the quality of their workmanship and were very happy to place our order. It arrived yesterday by an excellent transport company who have an amazing tracking system, and we are delighted. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Britannia Pine.

   Britannia Pine & Furniture. disgusting poor service ☹️☹️ went to shop found sideboard we wanted but shelf missing . Steve said they would put one in for us next day but if not by the following day . took contact details did not request deposit ,payment when collected and said would call us when ready . spoke to girl following day, workshop had been busy that day but would be ready following morning . Then Steve called following day and stated that it had been sold to another customer, his fault had not put sold sticker on it . i advised that got rid of my old one so now left me in situation without cupboard and all the stuff from old one on my table and floor .Steve said nothing more he could do. if he try to ordered new one would be twice the price. after friendly welcome at store on first visit, totally false impression as no customer service at all

   Poor customer service. Had to constantly chase. No one ever contacted me to say my item hadn’t arrived again! Each time the story changed and I was given a different excuse. After 5 weeks of waiting I decided to cancel my order. I ordered exactly the same item from somewhere else, slightly cheaper in price, paid £15 delivery and it was delivered the very next day at 7:45 am from The Cotswold Company! Would totally recommend these, excellent service, excellent customer service.

   Very good. Bought a 3x4ft farmhouse table. When we received it we found it was too big. Britannia pine sorted a smaller replacement out very quickly. Great showroom with lots of stock.
