It is always a pleasure to purchase from Cost Cutters. Their customer service team is aleays pleasant and helpful. On the rare occassion of a problem they are always brilliant at sorting it out.

Really disappointed with this company. I placed an order totalling £250. Not one email to confirm when delivery would be. Item arrived and no delivery confirmation email. Item arrived broken customer service were police and handled my problem by asking me to email them. I waited 2 days for a reply to arrange collection of the broken item. No email to say when it would be collected I needed up phoning them again to ask when the item was being collected. They stated that day. They did arrive however a week has gone past and still no email or phone call regarding arranging my refund. I expected at least a delivery notification when the item was delivered and an email arranging a refund when then item had been collected. Considering I have already had to call up multiple times to chase them up for things! Jot a happy customer

My company is growing and I was looking for some new office furniture to accommodate some new staff members. I came across Cost Cutters and, as the name would suggest, the prices are all pretty good! That said, Price alone isn't the only reason why they're getting 5 Stars. The service I received was far better than I'd expect from a company that focuses on being "competitively" priced and you just can't complain when you're getting a good service and a good price. I will be buying from them again.

I hardly ever post a review or comment on a company’s service. My view, normally is that I am paying them so what Lee do they want? But, I cannot resist commenting in the excellent service I received at the hands of this company. Good product, delivered when I wanted it, and when there was a slight ‘hitch’ immediately sorted out by Kayleigh who was so helpful and polite! What a refreshing experience. Well done to them!

I have worked for them and it was a terrible expiriance, every customer is unhappy and unfulfilled. On average the waiting time is double or triple on the website and some deliverys dont turn up at all. The Boss thinks it acceptable to talk down and belittle his team, he cant blame them for not going above and beyond for him. They try everything to avoid customer service complaints and will try to push something under the carpet rather than admiting fault and rectifying the issue. If you want to be disapointed and out of pocket then buy from them or get a job there.
