   The owner finally contacts me after two weeks and leaves a message for me to 'phone him back, no offer of an apology or explanation as the why it has taken him so long. He asks me to go over everything I have already listed, which I do. He apologises for the missing fitting kit, shelves and badly fitted pull out larder. He disputes the coffee machine housing saying it was made to the sizes provided. Well if it had been then why did the coffee machine not fit. This is supposition on his part as he will not come out to site to see for himself. As to the units collapsing due to poor construction I was told this had never happened before so therefore could not have happened to me and I had dragged them across the floor causing them to collapse, so presumably I am lying. Again no site visit so pure speculation on the owners part. Now I am sure he has many satisfied customers with no complaints, however occasionally things go wrong and when this happens they need to be addressed, how they are addressed shows the true mettle of a persons character. I will be pursuing a claim but unfortunately against CK kitchens as it is they I purchased the kitchen from, I can only hope they claim from the perpetrators Cedar Green Kitchens. I received a kitchen from this company ordered through CK Kitchens who are no way involved in the following complaint. The owner has twice been asked to contact me, I have also requested his email address without success. The following are issues that I have had that have not been addressed by the owner. The flat pack fridge housing arrived without the fixing pack, when it did arrive it was incomplete. The dresser unit arrived without the shelves The coffee machine/warming drawer unit aperture was too small to take the appliances necessitating in the removal of the top of the unit. All of the sockets for the legs had to be taken off and repositioned, the screws had been tightened to the point that there was no grip. This was not before one unit had collapsed resulting in the destruction of two glass hobs. The pull out unit was again fitted so that the screws went through the holes in the metal plate at the bottom straight into the bottom of the cabinet meaning the pull out was not fitted to the bottom of the cabinet, this could have resulted in damage to contents when the unit was pulled out and possible injury. CK Kitchens offered to supply materials free of charge to resolve some of the issues, I did not accept their generosity as I felt it was the owner of Cedargreen Kitchens who was responsible. It now remains to be seen how the owner will respond, I didn't want to make all this public but was left with no choice, I have photographs and videos of all issues and I will keep you posted.

   Got a quote from the team on made to measure bedroom furniture wich i found to be very reasonable.i made a mistake on my builders completion date and placed the order with very little lead time.the order was ready on the day i asked for and the quality did not dissapoint.everything there with not a single screw missing. Fantastic service.
