   I purchased a dining table and chairs from them last year, when we went to assemble them two of the chairs had dirty marks on them. I went into the shop and they told me they had been discontinued so they had obviously been taken from display on the shop floor. I told them I didn't want to clean them as I didn't have and special cleaner and was worried that if I did damage them I would void my warranty. They told me to clean them myself and come back if there was any issues. I went an purchase some leather cleaner myself which luckily did the job. About 8 months or so later I got some sellotape on the edge of the table and it took off the laminate. I contacted the store with photos and explained the issue and they said there was nothing they could do because strong adhesives can damage laminate. Even though it was still under warranty. The table is classed as laminate but don't be fooled by their description, the layer they are talking about is literally thinner than a sheet of paper. I couldn't believe how thin it was, it scratches so easliy and I think we would be lucky to get a few years use before it starts to look very tired. The shop did nothing to help me resolve the issues, just happy to take your money and forget about any aftercare. If a table damaged so easily you should be at advised on care and how delicate it can be. Great looking shop but don't be fooled!!!!!! The quality is not what it seems

   Long story short - we saw some really nice dining chairs in a restaurant recently, which I can only describe as Retro Industrial. Anyway, reverse image searches brought us to Peppermill Interiors. What a find, it's like a treasure trove of unusual furniture, suitable for both pubs, restaurants and domestic settings. We found the perfect six dining chairs we were looking for, and couldn't believe all were in stock and available for takeaway by the time I'd lowered the rear seats in the car. So much choice and all, seemingly, in stock. Loved it!

   I recently purchased two gorgeous Aspen armchairs from Peppermill and couldn’t be happier! The chairs are absolutely stunning - beautifully crafted, comfortable, and even more impressive in person than they looked online. Absolutely love them!!! A special mention must go to Danielle in Sales, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond, assisting me with making changes to the delivery method and making the whole process easy and enjoyable. Danielle truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning to Peppermill for future furniture pieces - both for the beautiful products and the exceptional service. Highly recommended!

   Bought a dining bench in the sale and was a bit worried as I'd never really heard of the company previously. Wow, I should not have been worried at all. The seat is absolutely gorgeous. Customer service was great when I needed to ask a question. I'm just so impressed. I will not hesitate in the future and will 100% be buying from them again. There was a tiny mix up on delivery but it was not Peppermills fault and I ended up having the bench a lot sooner than I had expected.

   This company is a brilliant company and really knows how to do customer service. Their products are of amazing quality. I’ve bought nine dining room chairs from them and a patio table set and a hall console table. They keep the customer informed regarding delivery, they keep their promises, and they do their utmost to look after their customers and treat each one individually. I had a problem with an item that was damaged during transit and they’ve handled things brilliantly so far. Big thanks to Sophie and Rosie for all their help. I highly recommend them.

   Purchased 4 jenson stools. Firstly the fact that they were made in the United Kingdom drew me to purchase from yourselves. Have bought at least 20 stools over the past 12 years for my kitchen and have to say they have all turned out to be of very poor quality. These stools however have arrived with no assembly required and I have to say are beautifully made and so comfortable. Will definately use you again obviously not for stools as I know these are going to last. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much.

   I received my Saxton Reclaimed Pine Dining Table yesterday and it is STUNNING. I had my reservations as I ordered online and anything that looked as nice as this table was so much more expensive but I can't fault it at all. Delivery was steep (£150) but they called me a few days after I ordered the table to book in a delivery for the following week. Really pleased from start to finish. *the chairs are not from Peppermill Interiors, they're from Next*
