   Greg was hired to do our full kitchen refurbishment in May/June 2025. He asked for some money on day one which I was reluctantly did hand over. After some back and forth and some mishaps he eventually finished 90% of job so I felt it was only right to pay him the full remaining amount coupled with a thank you gift as he reassured me he would return to finish the remaining 10% in few weeks as he couldn't any sooner due to a christening. However In hindsight I wish I hadn't paid in full. On the morning of his scheduled returned he made an excuse of van breaking down and cancelled. He now refuses to answer call or reply to messages so we can arrange for him to come and finish off. I have made over 21 phone calls in a month and multiple messages. He reads the messages and does not reply and cuts the call off without answering. Zero communication. To top it off , the sink he installed is leaking, I have mentioned this is multiple messages to no avail. He couldn't care less. This is really sad, as he was great up until he got all his money. Now he refuses to answer phone to honour his word. His word means nothing, not a true and honest gentleman we thought he would be. Spent soo much on this kitchen and he ruined the end product. Poor service and extremely poor communication skills. Think twice.

   Greg and his team were all truly amazing, no job was too big for these guys. Professional , friendly, committed, sincere and genuine . Most definitely the guys I will go to whenever I need any more work doing in my home, I could honestly not be any more happy with the work they done. Would most certainly recommend these guys. Not a speck of dust left behind and no hidden charges. We'll done guys I am genuinely impressed.
