My family has been served for over 40 years by this amazing company which I cannot recommend highly enough. Their expertise and level of service has been outstanding, especially when circumstances changed and the pool’s use had to change.

We had a new pool installed a few years ago and have used Rockingham Pools for closing down and opening our pool ever since. Although they didn’t install the pool they are very knowledgeable of our system and are reliable and punctual on each visit. We therefore asked them to repair our hotub that is sunken into our patio and the pumps were flooded and stopped working!! Within a couple of days of my request they came out to have a look and the next day I received the quote, then within a few days our hotub was up and running again. However due to a small electrical problem it wasn’t quite right and they came straight out the very next day to see to it. I cannot recommend them enough, what a super company to deal with, thank you Rockingham!!!
Phoned on the morning paid £85 call out someone was with me within couple of hours. Job done!! Can’t fault Rockingham!
I recently had my swimming pool refurbished by Rockingham Pools which is a small independent family run business in Staffordshire. They have been in the business a long time and have a vast back catalogue of work from new pools to refurbs on existing pools for you to see in their wonderful hard backed catalogue. They are also award winning designers of pools too, which gave us the confidence to place the order with them. I did read the all the reviews on Google including the 1 x negative review and being honest, I think there is a lot more to that review than meets the eye, so we ignored it. They have a very good engineering staff and in particular Max Tolley is a genius when it comes to re-piping / re-casting concrete skimmers and getting the coping stone levels perfect with lasers, so as the tiler can do his magic with a lever surface to go at. Rockingham stage the payments, so you've got time to pay and they also are very accommodating in getting the right look and design for your pool from the start of the project. We had 3 tile boards made up by them, so we could see the design we had come up with and drop it into the existing pool to see what it looked like under water. This is essential when you are choosing a cutting edge tile design as we have. My job was completed in just over 3 months and we are delighted with the result including new colour changing dimmable LED underwater lighting to the pool via my iPhone. If you are considering a new pool, or just like me refurbing a tired old one, these guys know what they are doing and their staff are trustworthy and highly qualified to do the job right 1st time. I never usually post reviews, however on this occasion I feel I must! Rockingham Pools have installed and serviced two indoor swimming pools for our family, over the last 25 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and the manner in which they run the business. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very disappointed in service. Been a customer for several years and they took payment over the phone to secure a call out and had no intention of visiting for service call. Vanessa the receptionist was laughing , gloating even, as I explained that I had recently lost my father whom I had been nursing whilst he suffered a slow agonising death for the last six months.Forgive me for the one hundred pounds that was outstanding (which has now been paid) it was most sincerely overlooked. Thousands of pounds we have paid this company over the years whom also use apprentices unsupervised to do works and ending up causing major damage to your pool equipment through lack of knowledge. Experience is the name everyone gives to their mistakes: Oscar Wilde !!!!!!!
