Unhappy with many elements of our new kitchen and extremely poor communication between branch and main office when dealing with issues. A very ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude
Our kitchen fitter really likes working with the staff here so when we had our kitchen renovated, it came from this location. Hannah worked with us for our design and if she's any indication of what the rest of the staff is like there, I can easily see why our fitter favours the Aldridge location as Hannah was amazing to work with. She answered any and all questions we had, designed an absolutely beautiful kitchen for us, made sure to really listen to us to make sure we got the kitchen we really wanted, and generally just made the whole thing easy. We have the kitchen of our dreams and if we did it all over again, we would definitely want to work with Howdens Aldridge again.
