   Highly recommended. Called Walsall battery this morning, after it was confirmed my battery life was over . I called and spoke to Steve, great guy gave great price for battery &.fitting , booked me in for lunch time. When got there, excellent customer service, everyone was so polite. Bev the 1 of the directors was such a great person and friendly, take pride in family business. .

   Was recommended this company made a booking days in advance. Told lunch time no call to say on way called and told they would call me back i had to chase. Then didnt even turn up! No communications to say this or an apology. Buiness lost money now due to truck sat around waiting for them and wages still to be paid and next day no call to still apologise. Very dissappinted and wouldnt recommend
