Waited about over 40 minutes to be served. Queue all the way outside the door. Every time I come here there is no staff always one person serving and loads of people in the back in and out not even helping. Staff rude tbh, swearing, AirPods in they just don’t care.

Every Sunday there is a queue out the door.. why don't you have more staff on the counter.. and why don't you have a line spec for click and collect that way it will speed the process up. It boggles me why the management have never addressed this situation.

Really poor. Ordered via click and collect at the Wolverhampton branch in Wednesfield. Only this branch and the Oldbury branch has stock there to collect. Both 30 mins drive. On arrival big que's and very slow service. It was 25 mins before I was served. 5 long minutes later I'm told only 2 of the 4 items are in stock. Great.. I asked the girl if they can substitute the air filter and oil that was missing. Air filter fine, oil was a no due to cost. I said I don't mind a different brand, even the QX would do despite me ordering Shell helix. I asked for the manager. A long message was sent to him and he said no again. Long waits continued. So I asked to see the manager Jack, again as I found out he was hiding in the office leaving the poor girl to deal with his cock ups. He finally leaves the office and enters the storeroom. 5 mins later he arrives with a substitute oil that I asked for 20 minutes ago! He dumps it on the counter saying this will do... No apology, just a really bad lazy attitude. Jack obviously doesn't like his job. At least Jack was getting paid to do nothing whilst I was waiting for 50 minutes in store, having travelled 30 mins. This is by far the worst euro car parts I've been to. The website needs sorting asap regarding stock levels. Also would it not be a good idea to have two ques? One for those that have done the click and collect and one for those that don't? As these people hold the rest up.

The staff are great but the store is way too small for the area, only 2 tills and half the time only one is manned. This leads to really long waits. On a weekend the queue is normally out the door and you can expect to wait 40+ mins

Be prepared for long queues as this facility is poorly run, only 1 person taking orders and collecting on a weekend, can be in a queue for over an hour. They should have at least 2 people working to get through the queue quicker. The amount of people I see come in and walk straight back out is unbelievable.

The website guided me to the precise part I required, and was quite simple to navigate. Although I could have purchased the part cheaper elsewhere, Euro Car Parts were able to provide the item quicker. I paid online then collected from the store at my convenience. The staff were helpful and cheerful. Will use again when in need of parts for my vehicle.

USELESS! And that is being polite at best. Called to order battery for same day collection, agreed to pay for a more expensive range as was in stock for same day collection, told it was saved against the registration so wouldn't be a problem. Only to arrive 15mins later to be told its out of stock as someone's ordered online. Talk about left hand not talking to the right!!! To top it off the guy behind the counter was as helpful as a wet lettuce and just kept saying I can get one tomorrow with a smirk! After years of coming to euro carparts, it's now time to move on after this experience. I'd happily pay more if it meant I got the service I'm told I will get.

Don’t recommend long ques, long wait, wrong items given, unprofessional staff. Went in for parts for both mine and my partners vehicles. Bit of a wait and a big que. All was going well at first, asked for our reg, make/model of cars then there was a longer wait whilst they checked they had the items we wanted were in stock. Then we confirmed we were happy with the prices there was an even longer wait for them to actually present us with the items we had paid for. We got home to fit the parts to find out they had given us the wrong parts and it wasn’t even just the one part that was wrong. There was not a single item that was the correct part for our vehicles. We received a full refund but the staff who served us had put the transaction down as cash instead of card. After telling a few friends about our experience they all said they’ve had the same issue with being given wrong parts. Don’t recommend this place in the slightest.
