   Wasn't very impressed with the extreme lengthy time it took for Arnold Clarke just to carry out Health Check on my car. Dropped car off at 10am...was told to leave it till 1pm..came back 1pm car had not been started...told to wait and have coffee..i ended up waiting another 1.5hours..and the coffee machine wasn't even functioning. But happy car got checked...just could do better with their timing.

   Very easy check in process for my MOT. Got a message as soon as the work had been started, along with a video health check. The team gave me a phone call and also provide an online review of the car. They also cleaned the inside and outside of the car as part of the MOT. Would highly recommend this branch

   I'm very pleased with the service today. I was checked in for my Toyota CHR service by Paris, and she was polite, professional and informative. Her colleague was also very helpful when I returned to collect my vehicle. The service itself was brilliant, and I was very impressed with the video giving me an update, what a great touch. The mechanic was very thorough and professional, and he clearly knows his stuff. The wash and hoover was a nice bonus. Overall what a great setup you have, and I'm really pleased I have purchased both a vehicle and extended cover and warranty though Arnold Clark. Please can you thank the staff for me.

   We took the car in on23/03/2022 to the after sales section.....for some minor issues to be dealt with. This establishment is very well maintained. Staff very pleasant, professional, and attentive .However, our purchase would have been a lot smoother if these noticeably items had been picked up prior to sales. Thanks to Alex work shop controller , and the aftersales service team ....our faith in buying quality second hand car have been restored . Would definitely recommend.
