Had a lovely experience here and will be changing my current pharmacy to Mossley, the staff were welcoming. The Pharmacist was very impressive, even helped with a query regarding my son, if that was the GP, they would have asked me to book another appointment for the query. Lovely selection of lollipops too, lovely little treat as a diabetic.
This pharmacy has made a real difference to their patients. The staff treat you like a person, instead of just a prescription. They are patient and compassionate each time and are my first port of call for any health concerns as they always ensure to get me the right help in a timely manner. Keep up the fabulous work guys!
This is the best pharmacy I have ever used in my life. I have been what feels like up and down the country searching for items with absolutely no help apart from "we don't have it in stock". Sara, Kate and lily to metion a few went above and beyond to not only source the meds but also to deliver. I don't know what speed the driver Davinder must have been travelling but I've never seen so much efficiently in my life. I would give you all a hug if I could. Thank you so much ❤️
Absolutely abysmal service!! Every time I have a prescription there’s items missing and most annoying is when you phone up the day before to check it will be ready IT NEVER IS READY when you go to collect! This is virtually every time I have been to collect my prescription … kept waiting whilst it’s just being done (I have a large prescription monthly). Then when I ask it to be delivered today as it’s their mistake the lady refused!!
This chemist always has friendly staff and what I need in stock for my prescriptions and if not only too happy to supply the next day unlike a well-known national chemist which I used to use before.
My 2 year old son has all the symptoms of RSV and crackling chest. Been prescribed antibiotics from GP & there's a shortage. Called to see if any was I'm stock locally and the advice I got given after asking when their next lot would be in for worst case scenario was "you can call back in 2 weeks to get some". I was asking incase they were due any the next morning if I couldn't find any. I didn't ask what time frame to call back, surely better advice would of been to call a different pharmacy which I was doing anyway, but very very poor advice to call back for my son who's young & extremely unwell.
Have had many bad experiences but today has pushed it too far. Ordered my repeat prescription tuesday to be told it would be ready today, thursday, to have my carer told I ordered it yesterday. I do not appreciate being called a liar. I am many things but a liar i am not
Absolutely brilliant! Quick service, friendly, The chemist is brilliant and can answer anything saving the need to wait for Doctor appointment. I have moved to Great Wyrley but Cornwells is so bad that I sometimes order medication to Mossleys if I need it quickly despite the travel! I also travel to Mossleys if need the Chemist as she is so much better than the rest!
Absolutely brilliant! So much faster than Cornwells and the staff are really helpful. They often go the extra mile! The Chemist Sara is brilliant and often saved me needing and waiting to see the Dr - flue jabs also offered private and NHS with immediate confidential service! Thank you, Brilliant!
