   Zero stars if i could. Last few months it been an Awful experience, have been given other people's prescriptions by mistake on at least 3 occasions which ive taken photos of and sent as proof for formal complaint, always miss items out when giving prescriptions out. 1 pharmacist here actually told me I should have 4 pens for injecting not just the 1 even though the 1 contained all 4 doses, u would think a pharmacist would know that. Stuff takes weeks to be issued. Delivery driver left Insulin on top of communal post box on a 26 degree day and as housebound it was un-usable by the time seen and received and had to be re-issued by GP....what a waste! Insulin is expensive and precious. Matt the main pharmacist/manager is good but when he is not there the staff are like headless chickens and cannot cope. As a former pharmacy dispenser I'm pretty disgusted by the runnings of this branch. Please check your medication before taking in case its not yours and you have been given somebody elses. A few mistakes in last few months have been by a particular member of staff there an Indian/asian lady with dark hair who likes to say things and make rude comments about the people walking past the pharmacy. Have changed pharmacy and advised a few people in area to do the same as totally unsafe for elderly/infirm.
