   Doesn’t reply to emails sent. Have sent many with no response and the only one I got was when I mentioned I won’t be able to leave a positive review due to lack of contact. I then immediately replied to that email and then back to the usual of no reply. Have been trying to place an order for weeks now to no avail. I don’t recommend this company.

   Placed an order to the value of £145. In his wisdom the retailer decided that I had put the wrong postcode on my order, inspite of it being correct on the order acknowledgement, which resulted in Evri delivering my order to completely the wrong address. This was actually an empty property in a village 2 km away. The retailer made no effort to rectify this and it was only down to my own efforts that I managed to recover my package. I have not received any sort of apology from the retailer for this error.

   Update to my previous review - decent company but really let down in my case by Royal Mail, they had sent an item tracked but RM lost it. Picking up the phone sorted out the immediate issue. Will certainly use again after the Christmas rush.
