   They did very well with my dog, polite and friendly. Only thing is he came back quite damp and smelling of wet dog, and he was still giving off a lot of loose fur despite the extra 10 for deshedding.

   well what can i say about groom room reedswood, put it this way i will NEVER EVER go anywhere else, Megan you are an absolute diamond, my gorgeous chow Breeze loves you, he is groomed often and my boy always looks amazing, smells amazing and treated amazing, Breeze knows its when its groom time an he races through those doors with his tail wagging ready, thank you groom room specially megan❤️

   Worst experience ever!!! It’s first time when I brought my dog here, they cancelled my appointment then I book my appointment in another day, I received a message in that day to change the time, after I called to confirm they told me they have found someone else and to come at the time booked in the first instance- After I left my dog there, I received a text only after 27 min that she is ready? Really? Full groom? She had short hair that’s true but she only had a wash and blow dry… even if I explained that last time I had to trim her home on my own and she doesn’t really look nice and I need to shape it and trim her properly - no cut at all- and this was the reason why I booked her in the first instance… to only wash my dog it’s no need to pay £30… I will never go there again… on top of that when I pick her up she still had wet fur… not even dry… really? And I was supposed to pay more… yeah I will not recommend to anyone…

   We called very last minute as our dog was chewing at his dew claw, and we noticed it was slightly overgrown. They were so helpful and managed to squeeze us in for a nail trim. Our dog is old and very nervous, but the staff were so lovely with him. Thank you for squeezing us in at such short notice, excellent service! Highly recommend.

   He knew exactly how to comfort our super excited puppy and we had no worries when we dropped our oup off for his groom and puppy spa treatment. When we came to pick him up, pup was super happy, super clean, smelt luscious and he was very happy to be there. The gentleman answered my questions well regarding the treatments and gave his honest opinion about which treatment was best for my pup. Will be back again and again.. on our 4th groom with the groom room now!
