   Super-friendly and very knowledgeable pet shop. We bought a conure (parakeet) from them and Emma was really helpful and happy to do anything we asked. For a small shop they punch well above their weight. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, especially for birds/avian bits. Thanks very much again

   I was recommended Roxy’s pet shop by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. My daughter’s best friend owns a couple of conures which started her obsession of wanting a pet bird. After a google search she decided a Quaker parakeet would be best for her. I was in the area on Wednesday so decided to pop in and have a look to get a rough idea of price, cage ect. The older gentleman on the day was quite knowledgeable. My daughter had her heart set on a blue Quaker but they only had a green one available. But they did have a blue ring neck so we compared birds ect. He told us to bring our daughter to have a look on Friday. So after school we popped in. The lovely Emma was in the shop that day. She too was quite knowledgeable and spoke to us about the different variety of birds. But my little girl had her heart set on a Quaker and she fell in love with the little green one at first sight. Emma then helped us with picking out a cage, food, toys ect. So now we are the proud owners of Kiwi and I have one happy daughter.

   Fantastic service every time I spoke to the pet shop whilst researching and then buying our new tortoise. Everyone there was super friendly and knowledgable, especially Emma and Sophie who looked after me and my son (on separate occasions). No pressure and they helped us set up ready to bring Ben home. Thank you ladies, my son is over the moon!

   What amazing service! We went to Roxy’s with our daughter as she wanted a hamster. Aaron was amazing with her, let her look at all the animals and answered all her questions about how to look after her new pet. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we will definitely be back for all our pet supplies.

   I do my work experience here and have been for around 2 months now all the animals are cared for well and definitely no kittens for sale. The owner is a lovely helpful man and knows his stuff. never been in a better pet shop

   Terrible pet shop. They’re breaking the law selling kittens, let alone how the animals aren’t looked after to the standards they should be. They don’t care about the animals they have, only for the money. Shouldn’t be trading at all, hope trading standards turn up..

   This is an amazing shop, my little sister bought a hamster from here. She loves it so much. And always threatens that it is going to eat me and i am scared it isnt a threat anymore so i sleep with one eye open.

   Roxy's is my favourite pet shop. Went in today to look at the budgies and came home with a gorgeous cockatiel. I've always had my birds from roxys and have never had a problem. When I had snakes and lizards I would only ever buy their food from here too as they were a great price as well as being in a convenient location for me. Dave was super helpful and friendly as he always is ☺
