Went to buy some fish, was asked to provide photo of the one fish i have to make sure it will be happy with the fish I want to buy. Please come back with photo of fish. My response , shakes head in disbelief. Will spend my money at an independent pet shop.
guys if ur getting a hamster do proper research cos this place will not tell you anything you need to know (ur lucky if u get a word out of them) the cages here are not suitable for hamsters neither is most of the bedding or food. definitely do your research if getting one i don’t know how a pet store can be so clueless about animals needs.
Took my small dog for a groom on1/3/24… I stated on the booking that he would be nervous, the girl who dealt with him said he was very well behaved in his appointment, the appointment was supposed to last two hours but she called me back after 50mins saying he was done; I didn’t realise the extent of the terrible job she had done until we got home as we took a taxi and he was sat in the foot well, I have made an official complaint with pets at home at St John’s retail park Wolverhampton and have also sent photos but I have had no response, this groom cost me £55 and I’m extremely disappointed I would never ever take my dog back there, all I want is my money back so I can take him to a proper groomer to be fixed :(
Different from the last time I visited.before covid so has changed. Staff very polite and nice
Busy environment had to wait around 20 min just to get some fish. But the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly so I didn't mind the wait. Good selection of products though and good prices.
Nice clean store, had what I needed in stock. The girl on the checkout was an absolute darling. I highly recommend this store. It would be five stars If they lit their sign up when it's dark.
Bought 2 guinea pigs the Saturday before Halloween. The woman who spoke to me was absolutely lovely, she showed me all of the male piggies and the two that drew my attention. A week later, she was right! I do not regret my decision at all and my partner now has a soft spot for them. They definitely are shoulder buddies!
