    I’m really disappointed with my experience with HugglePets. I ordered a product clearly advertised as 250 ml, but they sent me only 100 ml. When I contacted customer service, they admitted the listing was wrong β€” yet instead of correcting the situation properly, they told me to return the item for a refund, even though the error was completely on their side. On top of that, the return process requires printing a label, which I can’t do, and they offered no alternative. Under UK consumer law, customers shouldn’t be inconvenienced or made to pay (or print labels) when the seller is at fault, but they still insisted. It felt like they were more interested in shifting the problem back onto me rather than fixing their mistake. Really poor handling of a simple issue, and definitely not the level of customer care I expected. Won’t be ordering from them again.

    IF I had a printer and just returned, I wouldn't have to so why are you insisting now? Don't worry, I've contacted my bank to deal with it now. Received a large one through Amazon. Unfortunately one of the top bars won't go together. I hurt my hand several times trying to get it together. I packaged up & wanted to return (in the month timeframe). Unfortunately no printer at the moment. Contacted through Amazon to arrange a different return option and Hugglepets have just been incredibly difficult - asking for a photo of the crate. I said well it's packed up and a photo isn't going to show it doesn't go together. So now they are demanding a video. I don't want to try and put it together and hurt my hand again. Bearing in mind it's faulty and if I had a printer I could have just sent the item back, but no, they're being as difficult as possible. I still haven't got a refund 5 weeks later. Avoid.

    Been a sevrsl times on my own and not had any issues however today I went with family including my own children and my niece and nephew, my children have special needs and this place reckons SEN children are welcome however I found the staff rude in the way they spoke to my children yes they was excited and abit loud however they wasn’t misbehaving and the staff especially a young lady with shoulder length straight hair in particular was rude when my children was stood by the counter whilst I paid acting like they was going to rob the till. It was a disgrace and for that I will not be returning. Please be careful if you take your SEN children it’s not what it’s cracked up to be the staff had no time for them and spoke to them rudely simply for being children.

    Came across this place by chance after buying a parrot from another place last weekend and needing additional supplies. The range available is brilliant and the staff are phenomenal. I visited twice within the space of a few days and on both occasions, they have been so helpful with great advice. I cannot recommend them enough. So pleased.

    had what I needed except breathing space. not sure if they thought I was trying to shoplift pond equipment or if the staff are just a bit much. Hate being hovered over in a shop. I don’t even have a garden lol. Good stock though the fish display in the back is nice kids loved it

    I found the website and checkout to be confusing regarding my order for frozen food! - 'shipping to this address...' (my address clearly showed) appears above and below the inconspicuous 'click and collect' icon/notice(?). After several days wondering why my order hadn't yet shipped, I was then contacted by email, "Hi, thanks for your order. We note you have added a note regarding the delivery, however, your order has been placed for click and collect. Please advise if you are able to collect this item, as this item is not able to go out for delivery". I replied, "I wasn't aware that shipping was click and collect on my order! I am not able to collect." They then responded, "Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we do not ship frozen items. Would you like me to cancel your order?" ...COULDN'T IT ALL HAVE BEEN MADE SO MUCH EASIER, FOR GOODNESS SAKE??!

    Fantastic pet shop, highly recommend! We wanted to surprise our daughter for her birthday, with 2 new little piggies, and Huggle Pets could not have been more helpful & informative. Thank you so much to the staff, who were just brilliant. Grace & Violet have settled in really well to their new home ❀️ x
