   Fantastic service. Went into Acorn for a booked Covid jab. Whilst there, arranged domiciliary visit for the BP trace. Also arranged monthly medication trays. Mom had Covid jab appointment, I didn’t, but they did it for me promptly as a walk in. Kashmir was brilliant. I’d recommend Acorn to anyone in the Willenhall area. Thank you, Kash!

   Was told to come in and they will be able to help me order what I needed as they know lots of manufacturers and would be able to order it, but instead was a complete wasted journey. This could've been checked via a phone call as I had to come from far, waste of time and was very inconvenient.

   Lovely staff helpful, professional and very welcoming. I really liked how all the staff get on so well, I was waiting for a prescription, it was a pleasant wait as they were making me laugh joking with each other, whilst sorting my prescription out.    Your male delivery driver needs to stop driving up the footpaths outside my house! There is a car park which whenever there's a female driver she seems to manage it just fine!!!

   I have used Acorn for a while and I have never ever received a full prescription on first collection. Today I have collected a part prescription that the items have been dated 26th August. On checking I have 1 item missing when I questioned missing item was told they have had to order and may be in tomorrow. A totally unaceptable service. I find myself being short with the staff as its happening far too often. Poor service surely!!! collection

   Acorn Pharmacy l have been using this chemist for a number of years. They do a delivery for my repeat prescription to my home. The staff are really friendly and helpful, specially if l'm not 100 %sure if l've chosen the right medication for my needs yeah!
