We have been to the store twice now as we are changing our dogs food to raw. Both times we have had help from a member of staff. Both very knowledgeable and took time to talk us through the different options. Didn't steer us to the most expensive either, but took the time to list the benefits of each one. Our new go to store

Absolutely amazing, Massive shout out to Charlie and Ellie. We've decided to change our puppies diet to raw, Charlie couldn't help enough walked us through the entire feeding routine and how to adjust him from dry to raw, even reccomending specific items based on our puppy. They couldn't help enough. Ellie was super helpful and friendly at the till and loved the pictures of the puppy. We will definitely be back to continue shopping for his food and for any advice, taking your dog up is a must, our puppy will definitely be coming up for a visit too, a friendly and pet welcoming atmosphere, the range of snacks and toys will make for a great trip out for any pet.

Amazing experience in the shop. Both myself and my partner purchased a fish tank from another store completely clueless on what we had to do. Both Lucy and Anne-Marie answered all of our questions yesterday, gave there honest opinions, saved us from buying unnecessary items and suggested what to purchase instead rather than wasting money on something we didn’t need. We now feel so much more confident thanks to these two lovely ladies. Highly recommend just for pets Wolverhampton
Recently started shopping here for my snake's frozen rats and accessories for his tank. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly but there is a few that could do with working on their customer service skills. I also wish there was more variety in substrates for Ball Pythons - I could only find a 10L bag of barkchips so had to buy 2 as 10L isn't enough for my 4ft vivarium. The rest of the substrates were either sand for lizards (which I would argue shouldn't be sold because of risk of impaction), bioactive substrates and a wood shaving style bedding, which isn't suitable for Ball Pythons as they need high humidity. More variety for Ball Python substrates would be lovely but all in all, I enjoy coming to this store. :) my boy particularly likes the big pieces of bark wood they sell, makes a great tunnel and additional hiding place.
