Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)”

The staff at St. Georges were knowledgeable, empathic, sympathetic and they provided an excellent service at such a difficult time, even sending us a sympathy card a few days afterwards. “Absolutely amazing vets! Betty went here for her BOAS surgery today and the staff here have been amazing from start to finish! From the moment I called to her first appointment and operation today, every member of staff there are just so lovely! Betty’s BOAS surgery has been performed amazingly and her nostrils look fabulous! The aftercare is also so detailed with a contact number/whatsapp for support when needed. I am honestly so happy my dog has been treated here and so happy I have found such a fabulous place to bring my bulldog! The love and care they offer is absolutely amazing! Thank you!”

“Our Kittens loved it. While not normal our cats love the vets and it’s so important they continue to love it. The environment was very calm and the vet was confident making the whole thing smooth and fun for our cats. The vet was friendly and helpful. Another great experience for our kittens and it built a really positive impression for them. They care lots and are very understanding. We had a free check up when we joined which is really encouraging that they care about our pets.”

“Came across this place by chance after buying a parrot from another place last weekend and needing additional supplies. The range available is brilliant and the staff are phenomenal. I visited twice within the space of a few days and on both occasions, they have been so helpful with great advice. I cannot recommend them enough. So pleased.”

“Brilliant Vets. We recently had to take our kakariki Artie to rosewood vets. Dr Antonio (I believe his name was) was recommended by our usual vets as being very good with birds. We had been to see bird specialists in the past in Birmingham and had awful experiences so we were very nervous about taking Artie. The receptionist was lovely and the vet spoke to Artie like he was a person not just a bird (which we had not experienced in the past by bird specialists) so we felt very comfortable with him. He was very mindful about what was best for Artie and that birds can get stressed very quickly. He gave Artie some antibiotics and told us to call back the next day if he was still alive so we weren’t wasting money buying the whole course of antibiotics if he wasn’t going to live. He was very genuine and treated us like he cared for Artie just as much. Unfortunately Artie passed away so my mom called the next day to cancel the antibiotics. We have just received a sympathy card, which we weren’t expecting. We are so pleased with this vets! We will definitely take our other animals there. Nowhere else I would trust with my birds.”
