   Without question the best pharmacist you will ever find, The senior Pharmacists are always available and ready to give helpful advice and highlight any issues they see and solve any problems customers have- as well as being technically brilliant they are very approachable. In addition all the other staff are the most courteous and friendly people you will ever meet and for most enquiries they are able to give excellent advice and guidance - their biggest asset however is that they are so kind and treat everyone with respect and warmth. They make you feel part of the Rexall family and are a joy to deal with. They have helped me massively in caring for my elderly parents as well as my own health and i have no problem in recommending them to anyone.

   Desperately needed an emergency prescription for an inhaler as I was suffering with a virus which was affecting my breathing. Although I have been getting prescriptions for inhalers since I was 12, apparently my salbutamol wasn't a repeat prescription and the pharmacist refused to give me one. He undoubtedly could have used his discretion to prescribe me one however he intended to make me suffer more and told me I had to go to the phoenix centre! People have died around here recently, he said, because they havent managed their asthma properly, all the while refusing to give me an inhaler. Thankfully a chemist up the road DID prescribe me one and now I can breathe. Shocking behaviour from someone who really ought to have a caring nature.

   Physically it's great. But the reception and phone calls are so disrespectful. I have anxiety and I get tablets for that so a call is hard. I called last week and my pills didn't turn up. I had to call 3 times today!!! Just to get an answer to the delivery and they hung up twice. Very rude

   Two branches of a well known high street chemist had closed, meaning that my local chemist was simply overwhelmed with prescriptions. It's no word of a lie to tell you that you had to wait at least 30 minutes to pick up your prescription. When I found out that Rexall did a free home delivery service, I thought I'd give them a try, and I wasn't disappointed. Great service. Highly recommended.

   Has to be one of the worst places I have been for an interview. Felt very uncomfortable, did not have a chance to speak without the interviewer jumping down my throat every 2 seconds. Very rude and dismissive. Waste of money travelling. Would not recommend working here. I have had better experiences in other pharmacies. Respect is earned not given.

   Always excellent service, staff very helpful and above all very friendly. Mr Baden has looked after me for many years, and Rimi, Ranbir and Bobby still look after my prescriptions now. I always recommend them to my patients at the surgery where I work very close by.

   Where other pharmacies in the area are slow, inefficient and unfriendly, Rexalls have always been helpful, friendly and never seem to be out of stock. My drugs are usually delivered, but I have been able to collect when necessary. And once when I urgently needed antibiotics one of their staff drove around to deliver them specially. Why go to another pharmacy when you have Rexalls?

   After experiencing issues with a previous pharmacy the receptionist at my GP surgery suggested using this one. A wise decision, prescriptions are always ready the next day after ordering, the staff are all polite and helpful. Professional first class service
