Visited the do little store today to gain some knowledge on fish and aquascaping. Carl and Alice were fantastic! Really knowledgeable and no question asked was a problem. Really grateful for their advice and guidance. Customer service throughout the store was amazing. Brought live plants and a pleco. Thank you!
Visited this store today and was so impressed with Carl in the aquatic department. We were totally clueless to begin with but wanted a nice tank, some tropical fish and all the other bits. He was very knowledgeable, talked us through step by step how to keep healthy and happy fish and never tried to oversell or rip us off. A truly lovely guy who took time to write everything down for us when he noticed we were becoming overwhelmed with all the do and don’ts. Cant wait to pick up our fish from him once our aquarium is perfectly ready.
New to having a tropical tank, went in for a water test and some advice before purchasing fish. Was met by carl, very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction, great advise and got my first fish in the new tank at home. Will continue to use goin forward as confident I was in good hands and a very knowledgeable member of staff, he is Credit to your set up
We Brought a giant white knee tarantula last Sunday and a albino corn snake this Sunday. Would extremely recommend meg the reptile supervisor very experienced and knowledgeable. These are our first pets of this nature, so we were a little nervous, but Meg was so helpful and when we needed to ring the shop for advise about the snake she was very patient and friendly. The choice of food and accessories is wide and reasonable priced. Would 100% recommend going to get a pet from this shop if it's your first time or you have many.
Lovely pet store, you can take your dog in to choose his own toy. That's what I did as it was my boys birthday. Also had a harness and lead, girls were very helpful and kind to my boy, he hugged them all. I visited because they're lovely ladies and kind to my dog
Enjoyed shopping at Dolittles with my pup! The staff were very friendly and forgiving (Bobby stole and ate a snack while shopping). There is plenty of choice and the shop is big enough to find everything you need for your dogs and cats (and fish, birds and reptiles!).
Always when near by love popping in just to have a browse. I now own 2 budgies and 1 chinchilla. They are so informative dont push you to buy extra things you dont need and even helped me get the cage in to my car for me.
Disappointed to see the size of some of the cages/enclosure that the rabbits are kept in… Visited today and noticed one rabbit in a tiny cage where it had no room to run around. Came away feeling really sad because of this. The shop however had a good selection of cat toys and treats (the original reason we were in there). I just hope they might reconsider the size of their enclosures…
Great pet store. Friendly and helpful staff that are honest with what you do and dont need when getting a new pet. Iv had two budgies and a guinea pig from here and all have been very healthy!
