   Actually really gutted as a friend had recommended the groomers and they seemed great. I spoke to someone who was really lovely and got my dog booked in for his first ever groom. On the day of, my appointment was cancelled a few hours before as the groomer was unwell, which is completely fine! These things happen! They also offered a discount due to the last minute cancellation and advised they would be in touch later that day to rearrange. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. My text asking about the reschedule also hasn’t been responded to.

   Ist time visiting this Groomer and was very nervous for groomer as Pup pete can be a little nippy, I am very pleased with the result and would highly recomend , plus pete behaved himself Lol

   There is not enough good things I can say about these guys very friendly & welcoming! Even though my dog is not the best at taking baths, they really made the effort to make kimbo feel as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be a returning customer.
