   Perfect location for visiting relatives, lovely welcome from Ann who also quickly sorted our TV remote problem. And I’d picked a room on the first floor by mistake which she also changed to the ground floor.We will definitely return. The room was clean, spacious.

   I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions now whilst visiting my daughter and family who live in Lutterworth, for the price paid the rooms are comfy, bed comfy really good value, the staff I have encountered each time are brilliant and can’t do enough to help, I feel safe staying here as I am a 69 year old lady on my own , yes the amenities are basic but you do have everything you need and as I hadn’t brought my hairdryer this time (due to playing Santa Claus with all my presents! ) I asked at reception and was promptly given one to use for the duration of my stay, but what stands out most about this hotel are the lovely reception staff who can’t do enough for you to make your stay a good one, I wouldn’t hesitate booking again in future .    Warm service and supportive staffs are the stars of this hotel. The price of family room on a weekend is very attractive. Although there's no restaurant inside the hotel, you may find one in the nextdoor or an Aldi in opposite.

   I stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. My room and bathroom had multiple spiders, insects (including a cricket and 2 spiders in the bathroom). There were visible gaps between tiles and flooring that looked unhygienic, plus rust on the pedal bin, bathroom vent and rust on the shower head. The bedding made me question whether the sheets had been changed or cleaned properly. I noticed basic amenities were lacking and some were in poor condition (a paper cup was used as soap). Overall, the hotel gave a neglected feeling and did not meet acceptable standards for hygiene or comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

   Horrible stormy night. We were wet and cold and decided to break our journey. Booked room 10 mins before arriving. Welcoming host was pleasant and helpful. We were in room 1 which may have been the last one free. The host made everything easy and with pub next door evening was vastly improved over driving up M1 in storm Claudia

   Very disappointed no drinking water no glass for water rooms are very cold they have changed the heating system so that they can save some money on electricity and also very dirty rooms will give 0 ⭐

   Very good, although very 1990s, could do with a refurb. Getting the receptionists attention is also difficult. Part room servicing is welcome. Clean and tidy hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Strangely the Marston's pub next door does not serve breakfast?

   Room was clean, bed was comfortable, I don't know what else to say. Had been at a party then stayed here, so I was on the merry side, but for what it is, all seemed good to me. Literally a couple of minutes from the M1, so ideally placed for breaking up those long car journeys, or crashing round after a friend's birthday.
