   Red Barn was the perfect venue for our three families to celebrate my mum turning 70. We loved the house which was suitable for all three generations - a downstairs bedroom helpful for mobility issues and plenty of games and outside space for the children. The open plan space made it easy to spend time together. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they went out of their way to check in on us and assist with the hot tub. Instructions for everything was clear with a helpful online manual. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, thank you.

   We had a fantastic family stay here for my mum’s 70th birthday. A lovely set up, idyllic little village with amenities not too far away. Ginny and Adrian are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I accidentally arranged a Tesco food shop to be delivered the day before we arrived and not only did they take the shop in, but they unpacked it all and sent me photos of where everything is. A perfect middle location between Yorkshire and London, we will be sure to visit again. Chequers Inn is a fantastic restaurant nearby for a delicious meal and is dog friendly too!

   This was our 4th stay at The Red Barn. We cant fault the place. Ginny and Adrian are the most gracious hosts. Nothing is to much trouble. If you are looking for a high end place to get together with friends or family then look no further. Beautiful ares, great hot tub and lots of walks to do locally. Cant recommend enough.    I had a great stay here with friends in July 2024. The barn is beautiful, stylishly converted to an extremely high standard and retaining many of its original features so it's an interesting place to discover. We found it to be immaculately clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, even including properly sharp kitchen knives, which is unusual for a holiday rental but indicates the attention to detail that makes this place so lovely. The Nespresso machine with coffee capsules was an added bonus that was very much appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there was a generous supply of towels, soap etc. Adrian and Ginny were brilliant hosts, and Adrian really went above and beyond in keeping the wood-fired hot tub hot and ready for us to use. Thank you for a lovely stay!

   A lovely place to stay. Red Barn is superbly kitted out. We stayed as a group of 5 adults and the rooms were amazing. Very clean and tidy, lovely original features which make it stand out, such as the sliding doors to the downstairs bedroom/bathroom and the original kitchen floor. The wood fired hot tub was great for relaxing in on a summer's evening and was so easy to light thanks to Adrian's fire laying skills (being the owner of a wood stove at home, I really appreciated this skill!) A great place to stay in the peaceful village of Goadby Marwood and Adrian and Ginny were lovely hosts.

   We stayed at the Red Barn for Christmas 2022, what an amazing place this is, we had the most incredible Christmas. The Red Barn has all the amenities you need. Credit must be given to the owners Ginny and Adrian, the attention to detail is absolutely fantastic. It's a perfect place for a big family gathering, we had 9 people and a dog in the barn and there is plenty of space so you weren't tripping over each other. I can't recommend the Red Barn enough, absolutely idillic!! Thank you we will be back again that's for sure.

   The Red Barn was everything we had hoped for, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. A wonderful retreat for our large group of four couples and two dogs, with superb living space and spacious bedrooms. The sitting/dining/kitchen area worked brilliantly allowing everyone to be involved at all times. Ginny and Adrian are wonderful hosts, responding to every query quickly, providing oodles of information about restaurants and what to do in the area, and being on hand to help whilst providing privacy. Their passion shows in every detail of the renovation, resulting in luxurious accommodation with everything you could ever want for a hassle free, peaceful break. For us the hot tub was the icing on the cake and much enjoyed. Thank you Adrian, for making it ready for us each day.

   This was a fantastic place to stay. We have just had a wonderful 3 nights here. The barn has been restored to a very high spec. All bedrooms are ensuite. The kitchen has everything you could ever want or need. The hot tub is lovely. The hosts Ginny and Adrian were very welcoming friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend a stay here.

   We stayed at Red Barn for a family birthday celebration and could not have chosen a more perfect place. Ginny and Adrian made us feel very welcome, were always on hand for advice and help, nothing was too much. The Red Barn is so beautiful! Thoughtfully restored with beautiful original details woven into the fabric of a stunning and luxurious modern interior. Amazing facilities, comfortable and inviting seating areas and cozy bedrooms. The well equipped kitchen made cooking fun and being open plan allowed everybody to interact. The hot tub is a fun addition and provided fun and entertainment for even the little ones. The photos don't do the barn justice, the reality is even more amazing! Go and stay and enjoy as we did ...

   This is a fabulous place. The Barn has been renovated to the highest spec with many original features still there. The beams are beautiful and the downstairs bedroom door has a beautiful restored stable door. The decor is also beautiful with stunning fittings. All the bedrooms are en-suite. The dining/sitting kitchen area is really spacious and ideal for a big gathering. The kitchen was so well equipped with a coffee machine, coffee pods, tea bags, olive oil, salt and pepper, ice in the freezer, fresh milk and even birthday candles in a draw. The wood fired hot tub was such a treat. Ginny and Adrian were amazing hosts and made us so welcome. I would definitely recommend The Red Barn and I’m sure we will be back. Mary
