Took are pug and frenchie for there first groom are pug really hated his nails being trimmed even by the vet but no problems with Amy she was great with them and they now smell and look amazing and the would highly recommend to anyone already booked for are next visit
It is a family-run business with excellent service, and you know your pets are in safe hands. It is highly recommended. The price is good value for the money, and the friendly service is beyond expectations . I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else
absolutely amazing service. My dogs have all loved it here and always had the best toys , treats ect! I could never be more grateful that also if they aren’t open, they come down and open the shop especially for us! Always 5 stars and always a pleasure thank you x

What an absolutely amazing team!!! The dog house retail were so polite, kind, considerate to my needs. They changed appointment times for me last minute, squeezed my pooch in for extra grooms after those muddy winter walks. Thanks to this fantastic team, our dog is always smelling fresh and has an absolutely beautiful shiny coat. I can honestly say the dog house retail run the best grooming parlour i have ever used. By far the best in Leicester/Leicestershire. Thank you guys.. i would recommend anyone with a precious pooch to go visit them!!
Open hours 10am-6pm. Actually I don't think this is correct. Even on the door the times are there. My wife and I arrived at 4.15pm. The place was closed. After using Google maps we settled on pets at home for some clothes for our dog. After spending over £75 there, it made us feel disappointed that our money went to a national chain instead of an independent retailer. We even wondered if they are still trading due to this closure. If you're planning on visiting, I'd suggest calling to check they are open before wasting valuable petrol and time.
Excellent service, my dog is so nervous and can be quite difficult but they are so fantastic with him, they have so much patience, glad I have found them, won't be using anywhere else in the future
