βExcellent customer service. My room was very clean and tidy would recommend to anyone who wants to stay here.β
βThis was a good place to stay because it was really a short walk to the De Montford Hall for Concerts will do it again in the future.β
βHad a wonderful stay! The staff were kind, the room was spotless, and everything felt warm and welcoming.β

βStayed for one night - such a lovely well maintained site - loos and showers were great, whole site was immaculate. Friendly welcome and recommendations for great local pub. Had a great time - definitely recommend!β
βMy wife and I absolutely loved the privacy and quiet of the Robins Retreat roundhouse. The accommodation was spotless and had just enough room for our one week stay. The hot tub provided welcome evening relaxation with our own sheltered spot to appreciate the wildlife.β
βIncredible and the origin of Storm the new member of our family. Andrea, the owner, is very thorough and knowledgeable and we had the best possible experience with her.β
βAbsolutely beautiful little shepherd hut snowdrop, perfect for 2 people to rest and recuperate from everyday life! The bedroom with the full size window is beautiful to wake up to in the morning, with the views even in the rain! The hot tub is amazing, lovely and hot perfect to unwind and read a book. It provided the perfect space to explore the area and celebrate my cousins wedding which is what we came down for. The only suggestion would be to name the huts as it was confusing which one was ours. The hut also gets very hot when itβs full sunshine, maybe an idea to provide a bigger fan like a tower one if itβs summer. Thank you so much to Laura and Bridget for a wonderful few days. We will definitely be back to try the lodges which looking at the reviews sounds amazing also..β
βAmazing, everytime I take my dog to get groomed she always comes back looking amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lovely friendly service.β
βA fantastic campsite tucked away in a quiet location but still well within reach of a number of small towns. Lovely pitches for both campers and motorhomes/campervans. At Β£40 a night for a tent with EHU and an extra car allowed it is very reasonably priced. Toilets and showers are well appointed with no shortage of hot water. These are cleaned daily. Each pitch comes with either a fire pit or chiminea to use and you can pre order fire packs from them. There is even a social space called the βBudβ that you can use for family gatherings. A relaxing get away that we will certainly be returning back to.β
βWe stayed in Border Leicester hub it was lovely had more than what is said you will have. Went to the Royal Horseshoe pub in the village about a 15 min walk food was nice.β
βHighly recommended, you can tell how much they love the cats they look after just by listening the way they talk to them. Really happy to send my princess Ruby there for her holiday, really professional, and reasonable priced too.β
βAbsolutely beautiful adults only caravan touring site. The whole place is kept fantastic, the shower rooms are to die for with underfloor heating and rain showers. Definitely my favourite near to home site . Will return soon, and anyone reading this you need to visit to really appreciate the whole siteβ
βWhat a wonderful experience we had. Yolanda and Chris are two special, kind people who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best it can be, as do their staff. Breakfast was wonderful and we loved the shared guest fridge. Thank you for all you did for us.β
βMy dog Teddy leaps into their daycare. He absolutely loves it! The team are so friendly and you can tell they genuinely love these animals! Thanks for taking such good care of him!β
βI want to thank the Debdale Grange team for being great and putting pets first. We had a trial day with our rescue dog before planning our holiday. The facilities looked clean, secure, and well designed. At the end of the day they were completely honest that they didn't think our dog was best suited to a kennels environment. Staff took lots of time to help put her at her ease, but it didn't work out in this case. I really respect the care they took with her, and am grateful they put our dog's needs first so we could make an informed decision. Many thanks Melanie and the team!β
βI had an amazing experience when i found the house i wanted to buy. The guys at Connells could not do enough for me, I am sure her name was Ellie. The mortgage advisor was great, the solicitor they suggested was also great. All in all, thanks to everyone involved, we got the transaction from start to finish in 27 days.... outstanding!!!β
βWhat a fantastic place to stay for evening meal stay and breakfast. The food is superb, our room was luxurious with great amenities and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, nothing you askbfor is a problem.β
βOur third time here (mine and my sons), since the takeover. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent and the food was beyond delicious. Thank you so much for looking after us so well. See you soon.β
βThe best place my friend has ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, lovely attention to detail, welcoming staff, local discounts arranged, beautiful bathrooms and spotlessly clean. Handy for Richard 3rd and city centre, lots of places to eat nearby and no immediate traffic noise - quiet and peaceful.β
βWent here for a meal as it was steak night and I was blown away with the quality and value of the food. Would highly recommend and will be returningβ
βWe had a one night stay after a family funeral. It was a welcome and calm environment to be in and we appreciated it. The gardens are a delight to look at during breakfast, the rooms spacious and homely and the host very welcoming. We liked sitting in her lounge in the evening and not just confined to our bedroom. Spotlessly clean, teas, coffee and biscuits and fruit in the room. I would definitely return.β
βGreat for Dowload festival every year. We have stayed tgere for Download in 22 23 24 and 25. Gutted that it's nit available for 2026β
βWalking the Hoby to Somerby section of the Leicester Round. Popped in here for some drinks and a rest midway through the stretch. Pub is very handily placed for this walk, only 5 mins off the Leicester Round route. As we were sweaty and hot, we sat outside, lots of seating available in the beer garden. We only ordered soft drinks but the staff were really friendly and chatty. They also very kindly filled up our water bottles. We'll definitely be back to try the food offer.β
βWe had the pleasure of staying in the Mange Tout apartment for 2 nights. It was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and a lovely little outside area. The views were great, beds comfy. We visited the local pub, Horse & Jockey, and had a lovely dinner. Also had 2 brilliant breakfasts in Oakham - The Larder & The Hungry Birds. Topped our visit with a day in Stamford and lunch in the coutyard of The George and Rutland Aqua Park. Fab couple of days- thank you.β
βCalled in for a meal and a beer. Great place, ill be back. A proper village pubβ
βAbsolutely brilliant, great food great service, the refurbishment is lovely, really good value for the quality of the food. My only small criticism is that we were seated too near the door and we were freezing every time someone came in. We'll definitely be back but will stipulate where we sitβ
βWe have been going there for years. Staff are always helpful and friendlyβ
