Very impressive hotel, right in the heart of Liverpool, decor and building was amazing! Room was a little small but very clean with a good shower and the bed was probably one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in. The only thing that let the stay down was the breakfast; I was really looking forward to it as I’d read the reviews of the attached restaurant. I arrived just after breakfast started (0710) and it seemed like everything had been under a (not very good heat lamp) for an hour or so already. A lot of the food was cold and overcooked. Bar the breakfast it was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again. Just would go for a cold breakfast instead of hot!

I arrived early this morning as my Daughter is doing wedding hair for a Bride and her Mother. The hotel is stunning from the moment you get to the entrance. Every member of staff I have met has been very welcoming. I was able to sit and enjoy refreshments whilst waiting for my daughter. I’ve not stayed at this hotel, but I will definitely be planning to. The location is perfect, the hotel decor in such an iconic listed building is incredible, and the Christmas decor is magical. As someone who has worked in the inspection and quality assurance profession, I could not fault anything at all. I cannot wait to stay. Thank you for your hospitality, Paula xxx

On arrival I was greeted by Darren. Darren was very friendly and keen to check me in, which was early. I was offered an upgrade to a room with a view. My stay at the hotel was to celebrate my birthday. I really enjoyed my stay, breakfast was great with lots of choice. The whole atmosphere of the hotel has a very upbeat vibe. I love how it's decorated with Liverpool's history. The location for me was brilliant, easily accessible to shops and restaurants. I would stay again, I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. A thing that makes it cool is the door leading directly to the Train station.

Two night stay with friends. Location for station perfect, easy walk to all attractions, museums, galleries and restaurants. Rooms well fitted and very comfortable. Staff were all lovely, helpful and genuinely cheerful (says a lot to my mind). Food in Stoke Brasserie was very good and breakfast would meet anyone's requirements. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Excellent location and very clean and comfortable rooms, all you would expect from a Radisson. The cost reflects the location more than the room size/standard. Not a fan of the automated check-in/out, if you have staff paid to man the reception, what is the point of this? We had a pleasant stay though, and slept well. I need to mention the cocktail i had was not made correctly, an old fashioned doesn't have sugar syrup!! -1 Star for that.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and never expected to be allowed into the room, but the staff were exceptional and made sure there was a room available. Unfortunately it was a double and we had asked for a twin. Nothing was too much trouble and Shannon even said not to worry, go to the bar and she would move all the luggage for us. All the staff here are a credit to the hotel. Will definitely be returning.

NOT good, we were there to celebrate my 30th bday and we initially got a very nice room (upgraded) with views to St. George's Hall which had the Christmas Market, spacey, etc. The AC was not working so when we were back they suggested to move rooms, they downgraded us to a smaller room, with no views. When we approached the team to ask if we were indeed downgraded (because it was pretty obvious) they didn't hesitate to confirm it. They offered for us to move rooms again but they were not like trying to fix something, it was more like "well you can change again whatever you want", I mean that's not how you deal with a situation like this. I've been to many hotels and worked in the industry for 10 years, never saw something like this. If you need to downgrade for whatever reason you need to let people know, as well as with the upgrade, it is nice to let people know, the property looks good and the guest feels good. I leave 2 stars because at least they were nice considering, the hotel is beautiful and the location was also good, but I really will think twice next time I go to Liverpool and I do often.

Loved our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival, the entrance to the hotel is outstanding! Rooms finished to a very high standard. Great location amd gorgeous view of St George's Hall. We ate in the restaurant on the second night and so glad we did, cocktails and food were amazing. Can't wait to return!

Had a nights stay at the hotel recently and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff where first class and are a credit to the management team. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and I could not fault the food or service. Lovely comfy room and the general facilities where excellent. The building design and interior décor is amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!!
